Everything was fine, the price is good. No good internet. I nicely asked if I could leave at 12:10, same guy, 12:12 called me if I wanted to rent another day. PS. The hotel was empty

I would not recommend staying here, horrible
The staff here was terrible. I would not recommend staying here. Although I speak Spanish, the check-in women seemed like they couldn't understand me, the worst. The room was very cold, and they couldn't adequately explain where or if there was a heater. The restaurant was basically a microwave kitchen. Half of the outlets and lamps in the room did not work. The entrance lot security guard was the only one who spoke decent English and who was helpful. The rooms were OK, the only saving grace. I told the security guard he should be the manager.

- Reception personnel not very customer oriented nor attentive Not a very good attitude towards guests. - Very bad customer service overall, attitude and not very friendly. - Due to early arrival requested early check in and was charged almost the price paid for half day early check in. Charged me $ 300,00 Pesos despite hotel was pretty vacant and not a lot of guests. - Isolated location, no convenience store or restaurants nearby - Minimal maintenance as it is decorated from the 80s style - Food is not very good despite there is nothing at walking distance. Limited menu choices and not always available
