3 times is not a charm

Pros: Location.
Cons: Better front desk training and better hair hygiene for wait staff.
Location: Brewery across the street.
This is the third time this year I've been here (the last two times were fine). The only recommendation I can say at this point is that the Tonopah Brewery is directly across the street, which has great food, and the cookies at check-in are good. At check-in, I had failed to update my credit card on Expedia with the new expiration date and security code, so the clerk wouldn't re-run the physical new card (she kept asking me, how do you do that?) so I gave her a mastercard, which she suddenly knew how to swipe. At breakfast the next day I found a long grey hair in my scrambled eggs, which got me out of there quickly. I might be checking out the Mizpah next time.

Please accept my sincere apology regarding your recent stay. The check in clerk had issues because we are not allowed to make changes to Expedia reservations. I am glad she was able to figure it out. In regards to the hair in your food, I am very sorry. Our breakfast staff has been trained in Serve Safe Food and wear hairnets. Evidently, hair somehow fell in your food. Please forgive us. I hope you will stay with us in the future.

Air conditioning dosen't work.

Although it is January, Air conditioning doesn't work. There isn't any hot water in the shower.

Too bright in the room for sleeping.

Lights outside shine through the curtains which kept us awake. Need darker heavier curtains.

I am sorry there was too much light in your room. Please accept my sincere apology. We have blackout curtains in the room that usually block all of the light. Perhaps they were not drawn all the way? I hope you will stay with us again.

Check in clerk was tediously slow, though polite. Everything else was great. Breakfast was great.

Great stop on way to Arizona.

Pros: They accept dogs with no extra fee, the cookies in the afternoon. They have recently remodeled and it looks great.
Location: Not much in Tonopah, Nevada to see, but great stopping place on way south.
Staff great, rooms very comfortable and great amenities! They serve a great breakfast. The cookies and coffee in the afternoon are a great touch.

Was pleasantly surprised at whole package! Great cookies at check-in, very clean room, quiet and very nice breakfast with a wide assortment to choose from. And a very tall shower head that most probably don't notice, but those that do know what I'm talking about! Would most certainly stay there again.

Great location. Comfortable,clean and quiet. Good for pet friendly except you can't leave the dog in the room or they could charge you $150.

Appears newly renovated.

Pros: Newness. Cleanliness. Fresh baked cookies every afternoon. Hot full breakfast.
Cons: Mattress to soft.
Location: Located in old historic silver mine town with several.interesting museums and things to see. If into Geocaching, several caches available.
Hotel is newly renovated. Everything new and fresh. Didn't like the soft mattress. Breakfast was outstanding. We will return.
