Disappointing for the price

Clean, staff friendly, ample parking, quiet. However, the bulb in the main light of our room blew on Saturday (we checked in Friday), & despite reporting it immediately, it was still dead when we checked out Monday. The bathroom door (in a standard king room) hit the toilet (smallest bathroom I've seen in awhile), you could barely get to the window side of the bed because the mismatched desk chair was so large,. It was advertised as having an indoor pool & hot tub/whirlpool. The hot tub didn't work and the pool was incredibly small. All in all, not a horrible place, but other worth what our room cost. Doubt we'll be back.

While we are happy to hear you had a friendly interaction with staff and found your room to be clean and quiet we apologize the decor was not to your standards. We thank you for sharing and are so sorry the hot tub was not in working condition during your stay and that the light bulb wasn't promptly taken care of when brought to our staff attention.
