The staff were very friendly and attentive. The property is clearly older and could use some updates, particularly in the pool area. Breakfast was great and overall we still enjoyed our stay.

Our bed felt like the memory foam was crumbling. Very rough night of sleep. The pool looked nice but we were to tired to use it. The breakfast didn’t look so good. But we took coffee and a box of cereal for the ride. The room was clean except for the mold in the shower. The room was very cramped. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast area was very clean. There was a lady there cleaning tables ss soon as people left. The waffles would be a better hot option. For the money, we were disappointed. We won’t stay again. There are a lot of other options in the area if we pass through again.

All I ask for in a chain hotel is a comfortable bed, a good shower, a basic breakfast and a pool for my 10 year old niece who loves to swim For me, this hotel would only score well on the bed and the staff. The shower had very little water pressure, the pool was closed one of the evenings of our stay and the breakfast was more than basic. Low lights included stale english muffins and a waffle maker that stuck no matter how much conditioner you used. I'm a Marriott rewards member and I have to say that I was not very impressed by this property.

Great staff.
The room was small, but reasonably comfortable. The main complaint was about the extremely strong smell of the perfumed odorant being used. It triggered my wife's allergies, requiring her to take an antihistamine. On the other side of the coin, the two staff members we dealt with, Tammy and Conner, were polite, friendly and very helpful. They would be a great asset to any business.

The front desk clerk, Robert, was polite, friendly, helpful, personable and kind. I didn’t arrive till after 11pm and he was cheerful and actually interested in helping me. He told me about the breakfast, best parking relative to the elevator and he was patient. I would come back to the hotel for the very polite staff.

This particular hotel was not up to the Fairifeld Inn standards, like we have stayed at others in the past. The front desk guy was very accommodating. After viewing our rooms, we told him they were not what we were expecting for a Fairfield Inn. Like I said he was very accommodating and checked us out, no harm no foul. We stayed at a very nice Hampton Inn across the road instead.

We had a very quiet, and enjoyable stay. Check in was very friendly, the pool was nice (pool temp could've been a tad bit warmer), and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and very well stocked, friendly staff as well. We will stay again

Came to town for a concert @ Stormont Vail Convention Center. Checkin was great the staff was very friendly. Arriving in the room we unpacked & get ready for the show. The shower wouldn't get hot no matter how we tried. So quickly called the front desk & they were so quicknto get me anotjer room & they did.

Beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Property is dated. We got in late, and it the light was on in our room & it looked like someone had been laying down on the bed. The room also had a musky smell. Wggs & sausage at breakfast were cold. Probably will not stay there again.

Wonderful Fairfield Inn
Great location off of interstate. Front desk help was great. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful The next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was good. I was there with my 4 yr old visiting family. Every single staff member was extremely nice and made conversation with us. The man who burnt his toast and set off the fire alarm after being warned not too was a jerk and I’m sorry the staff had to deal with him. He made it out to be a joke and I was angry for the staff. Thank you to the sweet lady in the lobby at breakfast who gave my son crayons and coloring papers. I would definitely stay here again. The room was just an ordinary room with a small fridge and microwave. 2 comfy beds and I felt safe.

A little difficult to access. Somewhat confusing route. Very quick check-in. Hotel appears to be updated. Getting water to run hot took some time. Seems a waste of water to get to run hot. Bed very complete. Breakfast bar was superb.

The customer service was excellent. The people working there went out of their way to help you. The hotel itself needs some TLC. We, also, smelled smoke in our room. The hotel is located near many commercial places, but the hotel backs up to the freeway, which is blocked by trees.

KS Senior game stay
The hotel is not in a great area, but it was ok. Normally Marriott hotels have a bit higher standards. The bathroom needed some cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean, and it was quiet for sleeping. We had a big group for the Kansas Senior games, and the staff worked super hard keeping breakfast stocked and providing water.

Good Overnight Stay
As with most middle range hotels where we have stayed recently, upgrades to the bathtub would be nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast that was served--I love bacon!

Easy Accessible that is Clean, Quiet and Friendly
Quiet, clean facility - would stay again on travels through town. Easy access to the freeway and lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was breakfast on Sunday did not start until 7:00 after we already checked out. Staff was friendly and check in went smoothly.
