They painted the bath tub and was peeling, holes by toilet in wall, window well and window filthy, torn and dirty window shade fixed with duct tape, my room was over the main entryway and when it opened my room rumbled, woman at front desk was offputting, house cleaning woke me up even though do not disturb sign was up

I booked a room a few weeks before. When we arrived check in was easy.. the first room we were given was on the first floor (they gave us handicapped room I don’t know why). It was just alright.. different room than what I booked. We unpacked and my husband laid down on the bed and was full of dog hair. I told the front desk and she moved us to the 3rd floor and it was even better!! Which that room is what I booked in the first place. We loved the stay it was clean & the breakfast was 10/10. Very quiet. We loved the location.. Walmart across the street, Mexican restaurant next door, and right in front of a movie theater also some stores next door as well. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

This hotel was fine aside from our specific room. We are a family of six, so we got a suite. Unfortunately this one was located directly above the front doors. It was very loud and woke everyone up throughout the night. Every time the doors opened the were loud thunks. A basketball team arrived around midnight - the bus itself was very loud, and we could distinctly hear every person wheeling their suitcase across the bricks driveway. In the morning we talked with the front desk person about our experience, and she said they always get complaints about that room. That was really disappointing to hear - the hotel is clearly aware that room has a major sound problem, but aren't doing anything to fix it. We didn't get a lot of sleep and had a long day of driving ahead of us. Again, overall the property seemed fine and we have happily used this hotel chain before. Just a really disappointing experience with this room. Please soundproof that front window or stop renting it out. It's impossible to sleep there.

Overall, great stay.
Water pressure in the shower leaves something to be desired and the cold water dripping from the bathroom vent while showering wasn’t pleasant, but staff were friendly, room and hotel were very clean.

Ok, but not great.
Check in was slow because the worker at the desk had trouble with the payment from Hotels.com. The pool area was a little sketchy and the hot tub was roped off with chairs and caution tape and had nasty brown water in the bottom of it. Breakfast was disappointing - they were out of milk and ran out of bacon. The pancakes were small and chewy. The rooms themselves seemed clean and well up dated. There was a good Mexican restaurant near by that was convenient. Our interactions with the staff were pleasant.

The hotel is nice. Good location to food and other needs. Safe surroundings. Ample parking. Clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Pool is VERY cold is the only drawback.

You should put slow shut fixtures on main doors so they shut quieter. I was awoken by many doors in the hall slamming shut
