The room was clean and the breakfast was a good hot breakfast which is normally not the case with most reasonably priced motel rooms.

Average, no-frills kind of place

Seemed to have been renovated recently but still...TV reception was terrible and the shower is just kind of a clisn't.

Average budet hotel / Convenient Location

Posted Apr 27, 2017
Pros: Clean and the second floor has individual balconies.
Cons: More t.v. stations that actually work.
Location: Close to the interstate and the University.
Hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. However the walls are very thin ( could hear the t.v. and voices from the next room). Only 20 t.v. stations and several stations didn't have any volume or picture. Located on a busy road so a lot of traffic noise. If your just looking for an affordable place to sleep for a night or two this would probably be okay but it's average at best.

Worst hotel stay of my life.

Never returning. The manager is the rudest person I've ever met.

Just want sleep? This place will do.

Posted Apr 3, 2017
Pros: Clean bathroom. Clean room. Nice staff.
Cons: Make it no smoking. Smoke doesn't stay in one room. It wafts through the halls, under the doors and cause irritation to all around it.
Location: A Domino pizza place just across the street. A nice coop grocery store across the street. Very near to the university.
This hotel wa FINE. Not great, but fine. The hallway smelled of cigerette smoke, but in the room, the smell was not there. A little concerned to see a smoke detector disabled and hanging from the wall, but since there was another one in the room, nothing to complain about. Bathroom was clean, room was small but adequate for sleeping, which is all we were there to do. Breakfast was good--eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt... A nice variety to choose from. If you just want a lace to sleep and get a quick start to your day, this place will do. If you're looking for luxury, find a hotel with a higher star rating and a higher price.

Difficult to get into from South Iowa street

Posted Feb 27, 2017
Unable to turn in from Iowa street. Room had hair still left from previous stay. I'm a bath person and the room only had a shower.

The room was not what was pictured. The bathroom had mold showing on the ceiling and in the corner. I was not clean or kept up.
