Typical hotel room. It was clean. I would stay there again. No continental breakfast provided.

Terrible

The manager and cleaning staff had walked off the job that day. The poor maintenance guy was left to run the place. He inadvertently gave our reserved room to someone else. The only other room available had not been cleaned and had ashtrays full of cigarette butts. We did not stay here.

If you don't mind cheap, this place is for you.

Pros: Price? Location. Room was clean, and bathroom was as well.
Cons: More staff?
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, good access to highways.
No one at desk at 8pm for check-in, no towels at all in room, closet is a shelf in the corner of the main room, desk is a table and 2 stained chairs, refrigerator made a random loud clunking noise every few hours.

They did not have the two rooms I reserved, only one. They did find a roll away, but it was uncomfortable, springs poking you. Only had two bath towels and claimed they no more (we had three adults in the room). Three fire trucks and two police cars were on seen at 10 pm when we came back from supper. A very slow elevator (we were on the 4th floor). The worst part was you could smell pot smoke in the hallway throughout the day.

Better than nothing - but . . . . . .

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Clean! Caring housekeepers would go a long way. Room is big enough to put a comfortable chair in it - as it is now you feel like your in an empty box.
Location: Lots of good restaurants very close, mall, Walmart, and many other shops and business are all close.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is not a quiet place, lots of noise from doors shutting and people walking down hall. No noise insulation. Carpet in the room seemed old and tired. Room was not clean, food residue was on counter next to cooktop, toenails were still on the carpet from the last guest. Room had a full size bed, comfortable, pillows sucked. It had a 30" TV which worked good. Room also had two plastic chairs and small table. Only place comfortable to sit was on the bed. No coffee pot, no iron, no cooking utensils, just a bare room with no character. Actually a very depressing place to stay.

Not great but served its purpose

Couldn't check in because the office was locked and shut down. I called and the maint guy had to come check us in. When we went to our room later that night after a baseball game, our room had No TV. This was not disclosed anywhere. One of the beds had a hard coil along the edge. But overall it was clean cheap n we were only in there for a couple of hours

All of our rooms offer televisions, including cable TV with 80 channels. We do have Front Office hours; however, 2 employees are always on property to assist guests when checking in before or after the posted times to assists all guests. Thank you for staying with us and we glad you appreciate the cleanliness of our rooms.

Very noisy fridge was loud all night long.

Very uncomfortable bed I ask for a king bed got a full one very small for 2 people. Guest were loud and we could hear their conversations through thin walls.

This Hotel had bed bugs!

Stay away from this place. Cheap and affordable but you pay the price. She at least washed my things for free. My room had bed bugs, I woke up itching every night to discover on a curious "Rummage" of the room. Behind the backboard clean. Pulled mattress out and found the little guy who's been chewing on me. I filmed it. Went downstairs and told the manager at the counter about it, she promptly switched my rooms and washed my clothes for me. 1/5 stars from me.

Bed Bugs are uninvited guests that we do not want and take immediate action to remove. The property assisted to washing your item to ensure this critter did not have any other friends. I am sorry you had this encounter and understand your comments.
