Beach volleyball field was very good.

Pros: Beach volleyball field
Cons: Animation team can be improved by involving more sociable guys.
Location: You can take a taxi to the downtown for night clubs.
Reception guys should clearly explain about the restaurants. First thing they tell you is that although this hotel is all-inclusive you have to physically come to the reception one day before to book a table at certain restaurants and some of them are not free of charge. What a shame!! Actually, except for the Sini Restaurant which is included in "all-inclusive" package, others are almost always empty. Overall I enjoyed my stay there. Hotel animators could do more.

Rixos trip

The Problem was that the hotel was family hotel with kids and local people Hotels.com basicly changed our trip originally was booked with vogue hotel and after a week hotels.com was canceled it on us and switched us to rixos hotel We didn't enjoy it because it was family resort and we didn't enjoy single life there and we didn't appreciate that. I would like some refund because we could have had real vacation and we spent a lot of money to get there.

Staff and consierge

Staff hardly speak English. Consierge almost incapable of doing anything.

Night shift manager "Ibrahim" and his boy the wors

After having a blast time at this from water sports activity to the good quality of food and the nice bartender in sea&see bar..the night staff waiter Idris is the best in many types.. however I would not go again for the fact that on my check out date and time the night shift manager Ibrahim and his boy have created a problem from nothing for me to pay them up some dirty money and in fact I did miss my flight to Cyprus because of the arguing with them..

Excellent Stay

I had a wonderful time when I stayed there in SEP-2015. The hotel was overcrowded specially at the restaurants, however the staff were friendly and helpful. food selection was average. Room were clean. bars and drinks were excellent. the place is a quite overpriced but I will definitely stay there again.
