“parking was easy. communications with staff were good but it would take a while to connect to someone via phone and we didn't receive an automated email with access info that we should have received. very comfortable beds and clean unit. not enough hot water.”

“stayed at the park street inn for the Short's anniversary party this year and loved this location to stay. It was a short walk from downtown Bellaire but very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were awesome and very helpful”

“The room was clean and comfortable. It looks just as described. Staff friendly. I think it was very affordable and close to everything we wanted to see. It is a real gem. My only issue was the beach access- we only seen a private entrance to it but we didn’t ask if we were allowed to use it. I would definitely stay again!”

“For the amount that was charged for one night stay there should’ve been atleast a continental breakfast or voucher for one of the restaurants in the casino. Thin walls, horrible coffee. Not worth the money.”

“Jacuzzi didn’t work, fire place in room didn’t work. When i call for help in jacuzzi i left technician to work and came back my ring was missing !!”

“Electrical plugs were all loose and difficult to get to work. We had two nights scheduled however the party noise right outside our windows made for very poor sleeping so we left only staying one night. We complained to the management and they said they would talk to them.”

“We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again.”

“Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot……

“The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. ”

“This property exceeded our expectations! It is so conveniently located to the heart of Traverse City, but just on the outskirts enough to be quiet and feel a little more private. The finishes and decor are beautiful! The space is fantastic and the five of us were very comfortable. We were able to make ourselves right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.”
