Convenient and Clean

This hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle that runs in 40 minute intervals. It is clean and comfy - we were in a room with a king size bed but it seemed small for a king size? Regardless, the service was good, it is modern and nice and a good price Would recommend for sure

As an airport hotel, this is OK, but we won't rebook. Others in the same price range are closer and less tired than this one. We had to change rooms after the first key didn't even open our door after being exchanged once. Our wakeup call never materialized. Not a great stay in all.

Nice hotel close to the airport.

We found this hotel perfect for its location near the airport. The shuttle service was excellent. We didn't realize we had to arrange in advance parking at the hotel for the week we were away (we were staying at the hotel at the beginning and end of our travel) however the front desk staff accommodated us and we were able to park our vehicle there for the week.

Pros: Location
Cons: Room cleanliness, and front desk staff friendliness.
Location: Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Subway right in front of hotel
As the title says, we had the heat up to 74, and could not heat up the room. The windows are poorly sealed so the cold just seeped in. Carpet was not fully vacuumed, so we found earplugs and nuts on the floor. Bed was ok. Great location next to bunch of restaurants, and close to the airport. Rent-a car was right in front of hotel. Hotel staff was nice to me, but I observed a "i don't care" attitude from the front desk staff to another customer, and was not happy with the way that was dealt with. Overall, Location great, but the rest was just OK.

Pros: Nothing. The lobby is underwhelming.
Cons: This was a hotel that was offered as a discount when the name of the property is witheld. I think this influenced the fact that I was bumped.
Location: near airport
Booked a week before travelling and noted on the reservation that it would be a late arrival with a 2300 hour flight. Called from airport at 0045 and with shuttle service arrived at hotel at 0145. Got off the shuttle and was told I was being 'walked' to the Comfort Inn. Got back on the shuttle, which had waited, and checked in at the Comfort Inn at 0210. Their service and accommodations were excellent. Was told there were 3 other people who had same experience same night by Comfort Inn staff.

Great hotel for a fabulous price. Newly renovated I think with restaurant inside. Great place to stay before early am flight. Comp shuttle.

Pros: Good location, parking.
Cons: Only one elevator was in service. Both are needed to avoid waiting.
Booked through Expedia, everything was in good order.

Won't answer the phone!

Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: Have staff answer the phone.
Great room, but waited for 2 hours at airport for shuttle. Called 3 times to hotel, with no answer. Called another location and they answered, but was informed that they had no connection with the other Best Western. Great room, but poor job between the airport shuttle and the hotel. Literally could not reach the hotel, until three tries calling the hotel with no answer.
