Was clean and had subway across road. Shuttle bus was extremely convenient. Although thick curtains dldnt close in room there was an inner curtain. Only spent 7 hrs in this hotel as was a layover. Would stay here again.

I checked in with a short lady who was rude, unfriendly and not welcoming. When I approached the counter I smiled and said hello and the agent (short lady in her fifties maybe) gave a curt "yes" without looking up. I advised that we were checking in. The entire interaction was cold and unfriendly, finally she asked if I had a car, and I said yes, she said "Where are you going to park it after today?" I booked the "Best Western AIRPORT Hotel" with free parking and AIRPORT shuttle for a reason. She said that they were overbooked during March break and because I had booked through expedia, I was not able to leave my car at the hotel more than one night???? WHAT! Anyway, I got the kids settled in to the room and then went back to speak to the manager about the check in experience and misleading booking information. She said that most people sho stay have to pay for parking, so I offered to pay for parking if it was not included and finally she agreed that I could leave my car and we were then offered shuttle information. The attitude of the first agent set the tone and I will never stay at this hotel again, even though the manager rectified the issues.

Stay in a lot of 4 and 5 start hotels. What’s the most important thing in a hotel stay! Cleanliness, convenience, and a welcoming environment. Oh, and a great shower! This hotel had all of that. Natasha, a server in the restaurants, made me feel welcome and instantly accepted. A bright, sunny disposition really made my stay special.

Property fine for overnight stay, comfy beds. Customer service disapointing at checkin- gruff and slow with long lineup. Shuttle from airport was very unsatisfactory- 45 minute wait not fun when watching all the other complimentary buses drive by several times. The driver was very rude and did not get out to assist with suitcases so we had to struggle on with them and block gangway. The bus itself had dark, dirty privacy windows, Couldnt tell where we were going. Other passengers commented this driver had nearly crashed the bus on previous trip! The early morning shuttle service however was good. Reliable 3 am departure with helpful polite driver who actually took care of our luggage. This bus was a different much improved version. Overall as a gold card BW member I would think twice about rebooking.

I was given the room on the second floor, the carpet was very dusty! The connection between the carpet and the wall as well as door jams needed attention. Air quality was bad, coughed all night. Literally had to run the AC/heater unit off and used extra blankets. The walk in shower connection between the base and the tiles was moldy/black. A little spray of the mildew cleaner after each use should take care of that.

Stayed there last year before our trip down south and everything was great. Chose to stay again this year and was very disappointed. The room was fine but the bathroom smellwd so much of cigarette smoke it was really bad. Not sire if it was being pulled in through the vent or if it was the previous gieusts but it was bad.

Overall had a good stay. Did not like that my room key stopped working 10 mins before checkout time (11am). And I had to go back upstairs to get all of my bags. I found alot of hair on the carpet that I know was not mine as it is short and coily and the hair I was seeing on the ground was straight long and black. The showers could also use a better cleaning as the grout had brown crumbs coming out of it when the water touched it.

Only a quick overnight between flights, but very good place to stay. Good coffee machine in the foyer with Cappuccino & espresso selections. Unfortunately, no milk or cream is available for those wishing to have tea. My only concern was with the shuttle service. We couldn't get the time we needed, and the shuttle was a full half-hour late for the time we were given. Toronto Pierson is the busiest airport in Canada. More shuttle busses or a larger one may be necessary for this hotel.

The shuttle from the airport was handy even though the driver didn't speak sin an audible voice. The property's lobby was being painted however the workers pulled back the plastic and work materials to give access to check in. All was cleaned up and gone in the morning. The check-in was good and quick, and the clerk was helpful and efficient, and friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, The lighting was pretty dim. Check out was a breeze, and airport shuttle arrived on time.

Paper thin walls. Heard every word of the drunken argument from next door and the subsequent vomitting session the next morning at 0515. Hotel shuttle driver a wanna-be daytona racer. Front desk staff very courteous and professional. Bathroom floor in the room sticky.

didnt like we couldnt take a shuttle in the morning as it was totally booked up so we had to pay for a taxi to the airport and other times up pick werent good for us. Hotel should have paid for our taxi

This best western was not as nice as most Best western hotels we stay in. The man that checked us in was not very helpful and wouldn't allow a late checkout by 1 hour the next day, however the staff member on the next morning did allow the late check out without an issue. The breakfast was poor quality and not included (usually included in most best western stays). Shuttle took 40 mins to pick us up from the airport. Driver didn't help load bags or even hold the back door open while my husband loaded bags, because of this the door fell closed on him and got grease all over his new ski jacket. Would not stay again.

Really nice hotel, clean, comfortable, very reasonable. Gym and pool good. Restaurant good, very good breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. Great free coffee all day everyday. Great location for airport and shuttles. Close to Toronto centre. Felt safe in area.
