In all honesty I was not happy with my stay at a Hilton brand hotel. I’ve worked In hotels for over 10 years. The cleanliness was very dissapointing. Soap tray was dirty and scratched. The little container on the soap tray was dirty. Shower walls dirty, and the glass was very streaky and didn’t seem clean. Sheets on the bed all wrinkly, which makes it seem dirty. There was crumbs on the floor and in the drawers. The glass cups that came with the room were spotty, which made it seem like it wasn’t clean. The light switches in the room were complicated. Door to the room slams closed. One staff on duty at night was odd. I asked for a sewing kit, which almost all hotels have … they gave me a simple needle, white thread and thread scissors, which I had to go and pick up at front desk…. Which then I was told I need to bring it back down stairs. Elevator was always dirty and streaky with god knows what. Almost all the doors for public areas like the ice room on my floor was dirty. I checked in early which was nice, but wow the dissapointment I felt. I went there feeling excited and left feeling dissapointed. I hope they do better for future guests. I will not be returning to the hotel in the future. Thank you.
