I would stay here again!

Posted Sep 1, 2015
Cons: I thought our room was a bit small however we did have a balcony, which was a cool surprise!
Location: Super close to the subway and the Eaton center. Many great shops and restaurants nearby, within walking distance.
Clean, friendly and great location - just a few minutes walk to the subway. Easy in-out parking, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We LOVED the pool and water slide - a great place for families to stay!

big and convenient

2 blocks away from College St subway, downtown. convenient to shops etc. Big and sometimes crowded. Some waiting lines for concierge and check-in but reasonable.

Pros: Most of the staff was friendly and the hotel was pretty clean. The coloured elevator system was a little difficult at first, but we managed!
Cons: The breakfast cafe was very expensive considering it was mostly self -serve.
Location: We were able to walk to the AGO and the ROM.
We stayed one night because we were going to visit the AGO and the ROM. Other than the up-selling at check-in it was an acceptable stay. We had been there before years ago and saw some changes. There was a street fair on Yonge street which was fun, but noisy and was still rocking after 11:00pm. My kids are older so it wasn't really a big deal. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful!

Convenient location

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: Proximity to attractions
Cons: The hallways are getting a little shabby, and the wifi is slow, but otherwise everything is fine especially the pool area and gym.
This is the hotel you want to be at for convenience and proximity to attractions downtown. Currently, there is construction on the west side of the hotel and the work starts pretty early in the morning. So if you like to sleep in to 8am then ask for a room on the other side away from the building site. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is expensive, ridiculously so, but there are other reasonable priced breakfast spots for families on Yonge street or Egg Smart on Bay, or the standard McDonald's just steps away.

Great Stay

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: I couldn't take my granddaughter to adult pool, she is 13. Too crowded in family pool.
Location: Great for going to union station, and shopping at the Eaton Centre Close to Mirvish Theatre
Beautiful hotel, on holiday with my granddaughter. Loved the room, Market restaurant was great didn't have to go out to eat at other restaurant. Staff great. Will be coming back soon.

A very Busy hotel

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: It was bright and active and comfortable
Cons: The "traffic" pattern through the lobby was a bit hard to navigate when there was literally so much going on it was hard to get through.
Location: Centrally located in downtown Toronto with a number of restaurants and shops nearby and a subway station about a block and a half away.
The lobby of the hotel was non-stop busy. So much activity; popcorn and fun.. and a robot talking to the kids. It's a large hotel and there was constant activity. There is a few restaurants in the hotel along with many as you walk out the door. Very centrally located with easy access to a lot of surrounding activity. The room was nice.. bathroom was average sized. It was a nice visit and everyone was very nice.
