Our stay could have been great if we found the condo in 10 minutes. We stayed at Cambridge Suites but we want to transfer to the Condo in the Sky to enjoy the view and our last night in Toronto. It took us more or less 2 hours from finding the condo, parking, and the elevator going up. We actually ended up calling the owner and he gave us the instructions how to get in the Condo. My husband was so frustrated already and told me not to book any Condo anymore. I was frustrated as well. I suggested to the owner that he must give all the detailed information at least 3 days before people will travel for a vacation or even after signing the agreement. People want to know everything they need to know prior of their travels. He said that his computer had a problem and should supposed to send an instructions on how to check-in 48 hours before check-in. When my husband finally went inside, he just went to bed. We missed meeting friends. We missed enjoying the view together plus we have to leave 7am. We got inside at 9:56pm. Also I did not like that we still have to figure out where to throw the garbage. I said, we paid for the cleaning fee for our stay. So whoever is the cleaner should do it instead. But to be fair, Yanib was very nice, apologetic, answered us quickly, and the view actually is great up there. He also reimbursed 25% to us. I still recommend the Condo in the sky.
