Disappointed ..and most likely not going back

We just got back from a quick weekend out and we stayed at the hotel that we booked thru Expedia.. what was announced in the offer and when we got there was completely different.
We had a prestige room with a king size bed, at first we were sastified with room, but the it was freezing and the heater wasn't working so we called the concierge and he came to fix it, we left to grab a quick bite and came back the room was still cold , so we switched to another room.
At that point we were tired and the room temperature was working fine, next day we wanted to relax in the sauna and the pool as it stated in the ad.. I couldn't believe it, the pool looked like it had not be cleaned for a while and the sauna was not even heated.. so we decided to step out and go to an actual spa in another hotel.
For the price and rate that we paid, I was really disappointed, even the hotel parking valet was overpriced so we had to find a place elsewhere.. just for a pool and sauna
Cleanliness of the room was ok, a few towels had hair strings that did not belong to us so we had to change the towels
The elevators kept on doing weird noises and not moving at all so we pray not to stay stuck in it.
Only two things that were good, staff and location ..
I will certainly not go back..
Just keep this hotel as your last resort if you have no choice ..
