Hotel was nice but the F&B is not very knowledgeable. Asked for vegan menu and was brought gluten free one and when asked again they said that is their vegan menu even thou there was meat on it so staff clearly don't understand basic dietary requirements.

Pretty good deal for the price wise. Hotel is a bit old but clean, no weird odor. No bad carpet smell. ~10 minutes walking distance to Eaton Center and ~20 minutes to Union Station. Restaurant is just around the corner. The reception and room service staffs are friendly and helpful. Me and my girlfriend is very satisfied with our stay.

Wow sooo impressed with a moderately priced hotel! Heart of downtown, clean clean lean but the staff shine. All of them- front desk person outstanding, so pleasant and accommodating (assistant manager). Long line of people and he was efficient and gracious, even asked what floor I preferred!! Room is small but well equipped. Bar and resto staff tops in kindness and thanks sniff the cookie, nuts, bottled water just a good and safe experience

We were expecting there will be indoor slippers provided. Though it’s quiet, however, when the other nearby units close their doors, it is loud in our room. Nonetheless, we still had a very good stay and we love the toiletries provided this time as they are so gentle and soothing on skin and hair. Unlike our stay in the past, the bathsoap and shampoos were kind of strong. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and we enjoyed it. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Toronto.

We had a good stay at the Double Tree Hotel. The hotel is near the shopping mall and other convenient stores/restaurants. We liked that their indoor pool is also heated.

Room was dirty shower head broken and room was so small two pl couldn't pass each other in front of the bed stayed there before room was a queen and was fine I thought that's what I was getting

The property is in downtown. So it’s convenient to explore nearby places. What I didn’t like is that the staffs were not so welcoming. The lady who helped us with check in procedures were good. But other staffs present in the reception area were not so pleasant and hospitable.

Decent downtown hotel. Near Yonge & Dundas square, the Eaton's Center & China Town. The hotel is busy & a little noisy but overall good. Helpful staff, well equipped rooms & comfy bed.

They welcome you with a chocolate chip cookie and it was Excellent !! Amazing staff , big hotel with alot of floors (26) . Nice pool and gym . The reason we choose this hotel it’s the proximity to downtown area and we really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t use the car at all. however , no fridge in the room. and fees around 45$ for parking but just in front , next to justice palace , you can park there overnight for 20$ . Recommend

The check in with Al at the front desk was wonderful. He was professional, polite, speedy and kind. Room was great. The door had a big space at the bottom and can hear everything outside.
