Nice, centrally located hotel

Pros: Really liked the layout of the room. Was nice to have a full kitchen with a separate living room and bedroom. Also nice to have a washer/dryer.
Location: Good location to shopping and dining. Located downtown in a central business district - the hotel is on an ally so no street noise.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a great location and you can walk or take the metro to anything you want to do. There is a lot of great shopping close by as well as many great restaurants. There is a grocery store nearby so you can stock your kitchen while you stay.

beautiful hotel in downtown toronto

Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Location: heart of downtown, two blocks from the hockey hall of fame
, wonderful experience, beautiful propriety, wonderful bar, staff were excellent.

Easy to access

We had no problems locating the hotel. Parking is an issue. Close to most attractions. Antonio one of the concierge was an excellent help. Really appreciated his friendliness and his help.

Spacious but should be 3 star hotel not 4

When we arrived to check in, the hotel staff were not very friendly. The main women helping us didn't greet us, smile, and even looked annoyed when we asked about valet service because we had a car rental for part of our trip. Of course they tried to charge us for valet for The entire stay, but they eventually fixed The problem, I just didn't like that we had to tell them twice that our rental was only for one day. The lobby and restaurant looked nice and modern. I had executive suite, which was a step above the basic one. we entered are room, and lived how large it was but it didn't seem modern as it appeared in the online pictures. our bath towels had holes in them and they didn't give us conditioner. The bed was okay in size but It didnt feel comfortable. overall it's not exactly what you see online and this hotel should be rated 3 stars.

Perfect location

Cons: The biggest minus was really, really poor Wifi. In today's era, terrible Wifi is just not acceptable.
Location: The location is really convenient good for walking or being able to easily catch the subway or trams to other parts of town.
The rooms are mini apartments which makes for spacious accommodation. If you get a higher floor, odds are good you'll see the CN Tower.
