Too loud and room too small.

On 10th floor still heard a lot of noise outside. Could not sleep all night. Spa facility very nice for couples. Valet parking convenient.

Recent experience

Posted Feb 12, 2017
The Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto is a hotel with excellent staff. They are polite friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The rooms however area pretty basic and are comparable to a regular apartment. Considering I paid for a suite and again had a room that was more comparable to a regular apartment was not ideal as I paid a suite equivalent price. Room was stuffy and and not presented well. The balcony, which is the main reason I booked the suite was pretty much a ledge to display pots and plants. The suite was $230,i would only rebook if it were on sale for $100. Would rather pay $170 and get a real suite downtown with no balcony as there was no balcony in the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto.

Downtown hotel

Posted Feb 4, 2017
Overall clean and friendly environment. Not the most comfortable place i have stayed at. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. And in the "living room" were these uncomfortable club chairs rather than a sofa or something actually comfortable to sit in. It's fine if you are just looking for a convenient place downtown to crash for the night. Plus: wonderful view of then CN tower

great boutique hotel downtown

Posted Feb 1, 2017
Pros: kitchenette, unique design,
Cons: hair dryer had very low power
Location: close to union station, great coffee and restaurants, shopping. easy to find and felt safe and comfortable.
The restaurant was closed for an event while i was there, but the cosmopolitan was a great boutique hotel close to everything downtown! situated between the eaton centre and union station, it was a perfect place to stay for a night before easily hopping back on the train to the airport.

Great location IF you don't have to drive.

Posted Jan 29, 2017
Pros: I was able to bring my food and have my meals in the hotel. Not a fan of dining out by myself or looking for places to eat with my food intolerances.
Cons: Not sure how you could change the suite set-up but it would be nice to have a nice comfortable chair with good lighting.
Location: Right in the middle of everything and close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
Very central, intimate, condo-style hotel. My suite (the smallest I think) had everything you would want plus washer/dryer and a full kitchen. My only disappointment was that there wasn't a comfortable place to sit and read and that was important to me because I was on a course and had "homework". The bedroom was perfect for sleeping but no room or lighting to study - had to use the kitchen. Staff was great, very helpful and I used valet parking which was a big help as I totally got flustered trying to get back to the hotel at the end of the day (read rush hour) as you cannot turn left at all!!!! Hotel and location are perfect for anyone coming by train (short walk from Union Station) or plane - anything as long as you don't have to drive in to downtown Toronto.

Hotel caught on fire early in morning

Posted Jan 23, 2017
There was a small fire in one of the permanent residence room. Understandable, the bigger issue is the person they had announcing the evacuation procedures didn't not speak English well and was Audible
