Great place!

Posted Jun 4, 2017
This hotel was close to Union Station. The front staff checked me in early and I was upgraded. The room had a living area, small kitchen, great cozy bedroom and pretty bathroom. I loved it. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a Shopper's Drugmart close by for drinks, snacks etc...... enjoyed my stay. Wifi was excellent no issues. Good security also as I was traveling alone.

Apartment style hotel

Posted Jun 1, 2017
Pros: cheapest your going to get downtown for one night, anything over without valet parking is not worth it for parking alone! Restaurant is reasonably priced aswell Cons: waterfall shower is not like others I've had. It literally gets everywhere lol Chairs and bed a little stiff Balcony super small Small valet parking There is a 100 doller deposit fee for every night and valet parking is first come first serve so it's rare you would get it because it's so small anyways. Parking is down the street underground but unless your checking out the next day at 7am be prepared to spend 80 bucks. Hotel staff was nice it is a lot smaller then the pictures. Again it is like a small bachelor apartment, not a big lavish room.

Nice hotel in heart of downtown Toronto

Posted May 31, 2017
Pros: Location and affordable onsite restaurant.
Cons: Layout. It had a long hallway with no windows. Only 2 small drawers in bedroom.
Location: Very close to shopping and many restaurants.
The room was fine, but a little dark and dreary, due primarily to the layout.

Nice place, value for price was the only thing that just didn't seem right. I've stayed in nicer places for less money.

Great hotel near Union Station and Public Transit!

Posted May 17, 2017
Pros: The Wildfire Steakhouse ribs are amazing and the vicinity to transit and shopping are a plus! The rooms are your home away from home!
Cons: The Wireless can be a little wonky at times because you have to keep signing in even if you haven't left your room.
Location: This hotel is a gem in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. It is a short walk from Public Transit, Union Station, and the Hockey Hall of Fame.
This hotel is a gem in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. It is a short walk from Public Transit, Union Station, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. The Wildfire Steakhouse in the Lobby has AMAZING dinner (I recommend the Ribs!) and they also have breakfast options too. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of them have Washers and Dryers! Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here if you need to be close to transit and shopping.

Huge, spatious and clean condos

Posted May 17, 2017
Cons: More than 1 receptionist.
Checkin took a while because there was only one checkin counter. However, rooms were HUGE and extremely good deal given location and similar hotels.

A hidden gem downtown

Posted May 12, 2017
Pros: It's right downtown on a hidden and quiet side street and includes an excellent and beautiful restaurant.
Cons: Nothing of importance.
Location: The hotel is in downtown Toronto and within walking distance of most major attractions.
When my flight was postponed a day the hotel took me in three hours before check-in time, which was much appreciated. Most other hotels in the city and the airport were full.
