Great hotel near Union Station and Public Transit!

Pros: The Wildfire Steakhouse ribs are amazing and the vicinity to transit and shopping are a plus! The rooms are your home away from home!
Cons: The Wireless can be a little wonky at times because you have to keep signing in even if you haven't left your room.
Location: This hotel is a gem in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. It is a short walk from Public Transit, Union Station, and the Hockey Hall of Fame.
This hotel is a gem in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. It is a short walk from Public Transit, Union Station, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. The Wildfire Steakhouse in the Lobby has AMAZING dinner (I recommend the Ribs!) and they also have breakfast options too. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of them have Washers and Dryers! Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here if you need to be close to transit and shopping.

Huge, spatious and clean condos

Cons: More than 1 receptionist.
Checkin took a while because there was only one checkin counter. However, rooms were HUGE and extremely good deal given location and similar hotels.

A hidden gem downtown

Pros: It's right downtown on a hidden and quiet side street and includes an excellent and beautiful restaurant.
Cons: Nothing of importance.
Location: The hotel is in downtown Toronto and within walking distance of most major attractions.
When my flight was postponed a day the hotel took me in three hours before check-in time, which was much appreciated. Most other hotels in the city and the airport were full.

Very nice small and clean boutique hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again when in Toronto again.

Nice hotel with great amenities

The hotel is located in middle of downtown. Super easy to get to from Union Station. Plus plenty of selections of public transportation nearby. Hotel offers great services and very clean.

A home away from home. First class all the way!! The apartment was hip, elegant and very relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and made shore all my traveling request were met I will be going back to stay very soon!!!

Great location. Great staff. Great room. Great stay. I can't say enough great things about this property. The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and well decorated. We will be back.

Could have been a great stay, but was not...

Pros: the room was in general great. I would love to stay here again, if they would actually try to make you feel like a welcomed guest Staff were friendly
Cons: See above Generally it feels like staff was constantly confused and not focused on the guest. Not interested in providing good service.
Location: Great location! Close to Union Station, CN Tower, subway, bars, resturants etc
I was really looking forward to my first ever stay in Toronto. I was willing to pay a bit more for a good experience right after my birthday. But from start to finish this stay at the Cosmopolitan was disappointing. - On arrival I was told I they couldn't take the security deposit from my VISA Debit card although I used that card to paid for the stay in full. They sent me to the next street corner to get $300 in cash that I would get returned on checkout (when I won't be needing CAD anymore). This caused ATM and exchange rate costs for me. - the front desk staff seemed confused or in training (wanting to charge one night instead of 3 at first etc) - the snacks were not replaced. So once I drank the water from the fridge I had to buy some from a convenience store. - cleaning was not done well...the toilet seat was dirty, on Sunday, towels were not replaced, a cleaning cloth was still on the table - the bedroom door did not shut right - when I wanted to use the washing machine and asked for help, the front desl said they'd send someone - noone came - on check-out it took too long for them to verify what I had taken from the minibar and return my deposit and the lady confused me with another guest wanting to send me the bill via email (which I still haven't received) - also, I couldn't put restuarant/bar purchases on my room
