Worst customer service.

I checked in the night of Friday 30th and the lady at the front was very condescending in the way she spoke to me and my friends about being quiet when I was checking in. She told me numerous times that we had to be quiet or we will be kicked out of our room, even if it's just one complaint we will be kicked out and she even said that if they receive a complaint within two seconds she will kick us out. My friend went back downstairs to use their washroom on the main floor and again she told him to make sure that we keep the noise level down. Mind you that we received ZERO noise complaint.
The room had one extra pillow for the 2 people that were supposed to use the sofa bed. When I called to ask for more pillows and another blanket, the guy at front desk said that they only had a thin blanket and one pillow left. Not only that but that we would have to go downstairs just to pick it up because he was the only one working... never heard that before.
In the morning there was a fire alarm that woke up everyone in the room so we asked for a late check out to catch up on the sleep we lost and they only gave us 30 minutes... in other hotels they usually give us another hour or two.
The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was the customer service I received in the morning from two kind men at the front desk. They checked my room before I got my 100$ deposit, they found my jacket and gave it back to me and even greeted me a Happy Birthday.
