Hotel was clean, staff was fantastic and very nice at check inn. The hotel is a little dated but was a nice and quiet hotel. To go anywhere like a restaurant or shopping you have to drive or take a taxi. Nothing is close to the hotel.

Very dated, main doors not working, very limited/dated amenities in rooms, poor quality, lights not working or flickering, airport shuttle is small, runs every 30 minutes and is first come/first served. No coffee in lobby until after 6 am.

Beds were fabulously comfortable. Check in was easy. Room was dated and the heating/cooling unit was loud and not functioning well. Noisy as the walls were thin. Shuttle to airport was poorly organized.

There was no view from our room. We wouldn’t see much anyway because right beside us was another hotel and on the top of it the window was fogged up. The shower was not working well, water was coming from both the top and bottom and the water didn’t drain well. Definitely not a romantic gateway! We picked it because of the proximity to the airport. i must say though, the driver of the shuttle who picked us up at the airport was very kind. And we only stayed there for one night so It didn’t affect us much

Staff hovered over me with bill and machine at restaurant. I had to ask server to please step away and give me a moment. There were young children in pool area with no parental supervision. They were jumping in the hot tub and had no swimsuits on and only their underwear. I was staying on the 5th floor and wished to go to the pool. I was told by front desk staff that robes provided for 7th floor only.

You,ng kids were jumping in the hot tub with no parental supervision. Sign says children under 12 to have parental supervision but no parent around. Kids did not even have swim suits on but rather only their underwear. I left items behind. Just needed a quick place to sleep on an 8 hour layover. Shuttle was conveniently waiting right outside airport upon landing! Check in seamless and easy. Rooms basic - my sheets had old stains on them. Would recommend increasing frequency of shuttle service to airport between busy hours of 0400-0700h as the limited seats forced us to wait outside in freezing temps vying for a seat. Many had to walk or take Uber which is not ideal.

Ok for a one night stay. Rooms need upgrades. A little tired. Great location . Some really good craft beers on tap - nice touch !

Hotel was good, the staff were great. Our only area of concern was the noise in the hall during the night. I assume there was a team staying in the hotel and the parents used the hall as a meeting place.
