Went ok the room was ok buy every staff member was rude and never smiled. Hotel is hospitality industry so I think when this isn't happening you have a big problem.

Neighborhood looked really rough

Posted Jan 3, 2016
Location: Close by King Street - Entertainment Dist.
We we put into a room where there was a heavy smoke smell. The hotel did move us to another room upon request.

NYE in TO

Posted Jan 2, 2016
Location was great. Although not a great part of the city, it was safe and the hotel is welcoming and had good security measures for NYE. You can walk everywhere. We stayed in a suite and had to call down for extra pillows and a blanket, but the staff responded quickly and we had what we needed within 5 minutes.

Good location. One of the beds sank in the middle which made it uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in downtown Toronto..

Posted Dec 29, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfort room, polite and nice staff...
Cons: No comment
Location: No comment
The hotel is clean, staff is amazing, The only downside is the expensive parking...there is a parking across the street, less expensive for sure..:)

Find a better location!

Posted Dec 22, 2015
Pros: The lobby was spacious and tasteful. The Nutrogena shampoo was nice.
Cons: King Room was small for 2 people. Pillows very noisy. Bed was hard. Shower fixed to the wall not hand-held. Shower curtain worn and torn.
Location: Location was 3 blocks away from Dundas Square and the subway system, which was why we chose it. It's also close to the homeless shelter. Not good!
Every time my husband and I came back to the hotel during our 3-night stay we had to run the gauntlet of mentally ill homeless people who were panhandling obsessively. On one occasion we had to call the police to assist a woman who was flailing on the ground and yelling out loud, then walking into traffic. This was right outside the hotel lobby. We found this very disturbing.

Best value in Toronto!

Posted Dec 9, 2015
Place is in a sketchy neighbourhood, but you wouldn't think that once you enter the hotel. Great value for Toronto. Rooms are clean and updated. Same feel as a Hilton or Mariott at nearly half the price. This will be my hotel every time I stay in Downtown Toronto.

Hotel - OK

Posted Dec 7, 2015
Pros: The personnel was very pleasant.
Cons: Rooms are a little depressing. Would include breakfast with the room rate.
Location: Location was disapppointing...
The hotel location was disappointing. And the room decor was bland. But free Internet was nice.
