This phenomenon place is a hidden jewel in Mississauga. Quiet and yet close to all places you want to explore in the GTA: close to Yorkdale, airport, and highway points. The room is very clean and all personnels working at the hotel are very friendly and attentive to your requests. Free parking! I would stay at this place again for next convenient moment.

Power was constantly cycling in the middle of the night, causing the smoke alarm in the room to go off every few minutes. No sleep. little sympathy from the managment.

Pool is tiny, more like a jacuzzi. Gym equipment in bad condition. Daytime staff are nice but night staff are often not at front desk or even sometimes using their cell phones instead of greeting guest who return to the hotel!

Found a centipede in my room crawling on my bathroom wall !! up on the 6th floor and was given breakfast to forget about it!!!. General manager didn’t respond to my concern or offer partial compensation for inconvenience. Front desk has to be told multiple times to get you things to your room. Overall I’ve had better stays at 2 star hotels.

We liked the ease of free parking in the quiet location. However as we approached the entry door, several people were smoking near it and it made our first impression unpleasant. The check in clerk was helpful and friendly and we appreciated her not saying the room number aloud as there were other guests about (for privacy) as well as the complementary waters. The room is comfortable and inviting and we look forward to trying out the beds and bedding!

Nice quiet area. Easy to talk to staff. Perfect room with view of back parking lot. I was able to look out of my room window at my vehicle. Loved that. What I didn’t like was that there was a little girl who was very noisy early in the morning for two days. She was in the hallway so the noise woke us up. Mom was not making it easier because she was noisy too while communicating with the child. I know how little kids are so I didn’t complain about it to front desk.Other than that it was quiet and peaceful.

Sid at front desk was wonderful, professional and very helpful. I’d recommend this hotel just based off his customer service. Room was clean, and spacious as well as the powder room. I had an excellent and relaxing stay.

This is a great hotel and staff. Everyone was very nice. It is not the closest one to the airport even though expedia listed it as the closest one.
