Standards have dropped at this Hilton....Posted Nov 23, 2015
I have stayed here many times in the past and used to love it. Disappointed this time.Elevators very slow, many out of order....frustrating for OMA meeting we attend every year. Executive floor privileges ( coffee & soft drinks ) have to be ordered from room service...not convenient. Later checkout policy too stringent especially since hotel was not full on Sunday night. Sorry for the critical review but I really used to enjoy staying here.

Close to some of the downtown locationsPosted Nov 22, 2015
Pros: Location, facility and people
Location: Oldcity hall, sick kids hospital, st Lawrence Market, harbor, CN tower, museum.
I did lose a diamond ear stud in the wash basin on Satuday (Nov. 15th) night. I did inform the desk and the operator besides sending an e-mail to Mr. Siddiqui. Unfortunately, I was checking out on Sunday and have not heard from them.

Comfortable beds and great location.Posted Nov 14, 2015
Loved our stay at the Hilton toronto. The room was nicer than it appears on the website - large, spotless and modern. The beds at all hiltons are second to none - so comfortable. Very central and convenient location and we loved the scenic elevators within the hotel. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel close to financial center of TorontoPosted Nov 13, 2015
Cons: They do not provide us enough soap in the room. Mybe, they could be more careful with that.
Location: It is located in downtown, then it is a very good location.
I liked to stay in this hotel. Our experience was very good. It is located in a very good place.

Clean and close to CNEPosted Nov 10, 2015
The Hotel was great, we were showing at the Royal Winter Fair so I had my pickup truck. I knew I was not going to fit in underground parking, so I was on the hunt for an above ground lot. There was one down the street but it was fairly expensive which I wasn't that happy with as I was already paying $250 to stay in the hotel for one night

Central locationPosted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: Central location
Cons: Entire building needs to be updated, improve lighting. Closer scan of room for cleanliness, before next guest arrives.
Location: Downtown Toronto. Good walk to museum, Royal Ontario Museum. Several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby
Staff polite and helpful. Lighting in room very poor, bathroom was dirty--bathtub hadn't been cleaned, countertop near coffee maker was dirty and cupboard was falling apart. Coffee maker didn't work. No fridge in room, internet access and parking very expensive. Room really needed to be updated. Expensive, so expected better quality. Noisy--could hear everything in hall like it was in the room, just normal daily activity. Pool very small, dark and dirty looking

Awesome hotel. Staff ordered taxi to the airport. Staff brought down luggage and put it in the taxi. Room cleaned every day. Fresh towels supplied every day. Hotel is centrally located around all major Toronto attractions. Art Gallery of Ontario, Old City Hall, City Hall, Eaton Centre are all several blocks away.

Pros: location; good, reasonably priced breakfast; pleasant, attentive staff.
Cons: our room was lacking a refrigerator. that was unpleasant and unexpected and definitely unbecoming for a Hilton hotel.
Location: our main purpose while in town was a visit to the Ontario Gallery of Arts, and the hotel was just a walking distance away.
We came to Toronto at the end of a long trip, as we were flying back from its international airport. We were very interested in visiting its rt museum, and chose this hotel mainly because it was a walking distance from our target. we enjoyed the spacious room but were frustrated with the lack of a refrigerator. The staff were pleasant and efficient and breakfast good and reasonably priced.
