We stayed for six days in a sweet and that's when I find bugs in the room Big ones my five-year-old brother had to go to the hospital he got beaten so we had to change the hotel We went to the Marriott It was horrible experience for me and my family I don't want to tell the human services or do any problems but I wish this never happened to anyone else and I wanted to see you guys fixing it this hotel it's not even one star

I do apologize for the insect you discovered in your guestroom. As discussed with you at the time, we arranged to have the room inspected by pest control. We were promptly advised that no infestation was discovered. You may contact the hotel directly if you wish to obtain a copy of the inspection. We take all allegations seriously, especially in regards to insects as a hotel is no place for such disturbances. This appears to have been an isolated incident. We hope that you and your family have gotten everything sorted out and have returned to your home. Sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your stay.
