Horrible experience with the Holiday Inn

We stayed for six days in a sweet and that's when I find bugs in the room Big ones my five-year-old brother had to go to the hospital he got beaten so we had to change the hotel We went to the Marriott It was horrible experience for me and my family I don't want to tell the human services or do any problems but I wish this never happened to anyone else and I wanted to see you guys fixing it this hotel it's not even one star

Dear Guest, I do apologize for the insect you discovered in your guestroom. As discussed with you at the time, we arranged to have the room inspected by pest control. We were promptly advised that no infestation was discovered. You may contact the hotel directly if you wish to obtain a copy of the inspection. We take all allegations seriously, especially in regards to insects as a hotel is no place for such disturbances. This appears to have been an isolated incident. We hope that you and your family have gotten everything sorted out and have returned to your home. Sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your stay.

Off the highway

Cons: Cleanliness. My bathroom was not spotless.
The location is a great advantage but can also deemed a disadvantage. You do not realize the volume of the highway will affect you in the room until your ready to sleep. However, after a hard day all you do is pass out on the big comfy bed.

Decent Hotel

Pros: Clean Room, free parking, free internet
Cons: Internet can be a bit faster, front desk staff can be more energetic
Location: Location was great as it was only a minute drive from work.
Clean room but heating is very slow. Front desk staff do their job but don't seem energetic at all when greeting customers.

Very clean, close to the Outlet. The rooms are nice. Breakfast is good. Overall a good experience.

Great hotel for the price!!!

The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located. The only issue we had was that the couch that pulls out was not very comfortable to sleep on but other than that the room was very comfortable and clean

Check in was quick. The girl at front desk was very businesslike not very welcoming. Our room was clean but the bathroom shower was dirty with soap and hair stuck on sides of tub. With lots of hotels to choose in the area next time we will choose another one.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel and friendly staff but the least you can do is offer guests free coffee and tea instead ofa king them pay for Starbucks. "Freshly brewed tea" is not a tea bag and hot water.
