This property is very tired. It really needs an update. The first room the heater sounded like a tank and when I switched rooms the bathroom had dried blood on the floor. Never again

There was a girls hockey tournament over the weekend and the guests that were part of the tournament were up late and were very noisy in the halls between 11 pm and 2 am. It is management's responsibility to make sure the floors are quiet after 11 pm so other paying guests are able to sleep and enjoy their stay. Why would they not allocate specific floors for the hockey guests only so other guests are able to sleep well or have security guards patrolling the floors to enforce quiet time after 11 pm? It is not rocket science. Poor job Holiday Inn.

Hot water was brown initially had to wait for it to run for a while to clear out, Water pressure very low, not happy with bed sheets, not quiet at all, sound proof walls, next door couples were fighting and couldn’t sleep at all. Chair for study area not working properly. The only help we got was when we wanted dishes and utensils for food they provided to us very quickly. Definitely has lots of room for improvement.
