Hopefully your heat will work

Upon entering my room I found it was cold. I turned on the heater thinking it was turned down. Well 30 minutes later there was no heat even at its highest setting. Instead it was constantly blowing cold air. After calling the front desk a "maintenance person" came to the room and looked at it and said "you are right its not working. We can have someone fix it tomorrow". I explained that I was only staying for one night and 17 Celsius/62 Fahrenheit was too cold. So we called the front desk. Their answer was "Well there is an extra blanket in the closet and hopefully the whirlpool tub will provide hot water". For a Hilton owned hotel I was surprised that they thought this was an acceptable response and decided to call back and ask for a new room. After some hesitation they finally agreed. While switching my room I noticed a picture in the elevator advertising their breakfast that included diced potatoes. Well, breakfast the next morning looked nothing like the picture and instead consisted of tater tots as the potato option. Very disappointing.
