So we booked 2 queen beds for this, however during check-in, they gave us a room with this super strong odor and only one queen bed. That, as you can see, is very frustrating. So we went back to the reception desk and then was told they no longer have 2 queen beds available so they gave us 1 king bed instead. We were tired so we took it anyways. So, with them provided us a wrong room was not an error. They knew but never took the time tell us instead, wasted our time. That was very frustrating. Another thing and thi is jyst an FYI, to Monte carlo Inn management, emergency do happen, and quest may ask for a safety pin or a needle and tread. I went to service desk and had asked for one they gave me a kit with thread and no needle? I went back to to ask again but was told that is all they have no needle. We suggest you check your kit. They may help your quest in the future. Anyway, We gave 3 stars because breakfast were very decent and parking was good and already included.

Advertising "Airport" for the Hotel and not having a shuttle is very misleading. Having to pay for a ride to the airport to and from the hotel makes the price not competitive with hotels that actually service the airport.

Front desk guy he wasn’t friendly . Property did called me and girl was over the call very friendly. I said wanna check out at 4 pm she said will charge $50 more . Once I come in for check in guy was keep arguing with me said $75 not $50 was like what . Said can you check note . He ignored . There was slip mentioned by girl $50 check out at 4 pm . He didn’t even read was Infront of me . I was the one who showed can you check that receipt at least then he said he didn’t even sorry he said yes I said $50 after taxes $75 but he didnot mentioned at all . His name is Nour that’s what he said

Our bed was neatly folded only to have dirty sheets and food crumbs beside the bed. They didn’t compensate us or offered anything for our inconvenience.

The first room they tried to gibe us someone had been smoking in. The next room, the capet on either side of the bed, was wet. They brought towels and sheets, but it just soked through. The toilet didn't flush. We phoned the front desk no.one came up to fix it. I contacted expedia then they sent up someone. I was very disappointed in this hotel snd would not recomend it.

Wasn’t the room I booked. It had damaged walls the smallest shower I have ever seen. It was loud can hear people talking all hrs and a fire alarm was going off for 40 mins at 2am the ice machine and snack/drink machines were broken definitely not the relaxing night away from home for my birthday that I had on mind and definitely nothing close to the experience the hotel makes it seem your going to have. Overall it was a horrible experience. Will not come back or recommend to anyone

The washroom exhaust fan is super load, there should be an option to turn it off if needed. Or if the moisture is concern it should at least be quiet enough not to be uncomfortable to the ears. What’s with the paint peeling off at the sealing and the wall paper?….it seems renovated gone wrong…but the cleanliness it so far good 👍.
