Property and room were clean and staff was friendly. Decor, facilities and property as a whole were dated. Doesn’t look like they were updated since the early 90s. Could do with an update.

Very affordable, room was nice and clean, common areas were good looking and staff were friendly. Complementary breakfast was a big disappointment (a slice of bread and/or small pastry) were pretty much the only options when we went. The bathroom was clean, but appeared very cheap when compared to the rest of the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, and would be glad to stay again.

Hotel was very nice. My only beef was the guys in the next room talked loudly until 1:30 am and obviously the sound deadening between rooms wasn't good enough.

The only thing I didn't like pool out of order ever time we go there. What I did like. Was manament dealth with the situation right away and move us to a room that a handy cap person like us could use a shower not a tub. They were excellent. This the only place we stay all the time when we go to Toronto. All staff are helpful. All around.

so on the expedia i was told deposit is $150, when i got there i was told no cash and the only way i could do cash is $300 deposit....y'all should update that on the app
