Needed a key card for access to everything which is good, but makes me wonder at the safety as to why these measures had to be put into place in the first place. Parking is an extra fee and not much room to unload/load at the front of the hotel. Ice maker broken, mini fridge not very cold. A bit expensive for what you get.

The hotel itself seems to be a bit older. Our hotel room had a slightly older heating unit and it was a little bit noisier than we would have liked but the hotel staff were great. Housekeeping was super fast at getting to us when we needed extra items. All in all a great location and so many convenient and interesting restaurants nearby.

I selected this due to the fact of being part of a Marriott chain and for the reviews, but once we checked in, we went to the room they gave us, and surprise! It was all dirty, beds were not done, everything was all over the place, the bathroom was disgusting, so we went back to the lobby for a new room, and the staff was nice and gave us a new room, not too bad but smelled weird and the toilet was not well cleaned. :(

Did not like the translucent French screen door for bathroom. They offer no privacy in terms of sound, odor suppression, and no real physical privacy. Hot water never really was hot, just warm at best.

33d73850-bd96-41e6-8a9b-918f4d8d1caa Staff should always know the avilability of visitor in the room before coming in with their own access... we just came in and resting then suddenly they just opened our door. it's newly occupied room and no reason for them to come in and do something else . no clear investigation who those staff but it's an inconvenience in our part resting .
