Staff was nice. Toiletries were opened and there was only one sheet and one blanket on the bed. I only stayed for one night.

Very handy to Mississauga area

Pros: location and amenities
Cons: parking, staff friendliness, noise in hallways at night - buy normal sheets and blankets for bedding
Location: Square One - shops and restaurants just across the street. Right in central Mississauga so if that's your destination this is a decent and reasonably
Good location, parking is a bit tight if you have a larger car. Duvets instead of normal sheets and blankets don't work for me since I spent the night either too hot or too cold

Not impressed for this area

Short stay on business. Hotel room was very tired and dusty grim under the TV stand. Needs updating. Shower was unclean with stray hairs. Not what I was expecting for $200 a night.

Close to shopping at Square One

Pros: Close to Square One, my family and good rates
Cons: Next time, I will request to be further away from the elevator. I am a light sleeper
Location: Right beside Square One and all kinds of great restaurants near by
The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, the hotel is close to great shopping and great food.

Was decent. We picked this hotel because of its location. Pros: clean Friendly staff Fitness room Cons: The room was hooooot. Unable to turn on a/c. The heater/air conditioner unit worked the whole time but it was pumping out neither hot or cold air. Just noisy. Bed was made with out fitted sheet, so the flat sheet was not usable. Would totally stay here again because it was a nice stay..just rough sleep.

Great hotel in he heart of Mississauga

Cons: Nothing of importance
Location: Near Square One Mall
Great high rise hotel with an attached parking garage, swimming pool, gym and a restaurant. Central Mississauga location on the corner of Hurontario and Burnhapthorpe roads five minutes away from Square One Mall and a twenty minute car ride from downtown Toronto. Rooms are clean, modern in decor and all with a nice city view. Prices are reasonable and front desk staff efficient. If you prefer not to drive there are several restaurants within one block around the hotel. Highly recommended and much nicer than many downtown hotels at much higher prices.

We stayed here because it was directly across the roads rom where we had an appointment. Nice to be able to walk to appointments. Great to have polite staff in the hotel.

Close to mall theater restaurants and attractions

Stay was overall good but the climate control thermostat was not good room was cold through out the stay only way to keep warm was to go under blanket or wear a sweater in room but every thing else was excellent I would stay again but only in summer 😁

I was chock again for my second visit since you still allowed training in paint course in your dining lounge area, while your client are looking for rest time. It was very noisy, the young teacher screamed for two hours explaining how to apply paint-color etc.. My diner was a disaster for my second experience in your Hotel, participant loud and begging the barman to have a glass of water and walking all over the dining area during their break Why don't you use room instead of making our experience awful? As a guest I was expecting adequate and relaxing time for my diner after a very busy day. Most of you customers that night (Thursday April 07) were very angry about the situation, few already left to another place instead having diner at your hotel. Is that profitable for you? The following morning I explained my frustration to your manager, his answer and logic was this session generate money and business for the hotel. I was shock, I asked him if a glass of water generate that much money, What about your upset clients? He seem ok with that situation and gave me the night were the training will happen, such as , During the diner I addressed my concern to the waiter and the barman, it seem this was addressed without any result. Seem you lost a customer who enjoy having his diner at the hotel picked. Denys Lavoie
