Close to Bloor/Yorkville shopping and dining.

Posted Jan 31, 2016
Cons: Hotel dining options. Casual coffee/food options not available although Starbucks and a few other options available outside hotel within 5 minutes.
Clean quiet hotel. Room construction or maintenance on some floors with a little noise but was not excessive. Staff helpful, friendly.

Pros: location, room size, room amenities
Cons: the sound from the hallway seems to carry
Location: Adjacent to the Hazleton/Bloor Street shopping district
Nice property, excellent location for our needs, comfortable and spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean, but a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevators.

close to lots of great shopping

Posted Jan 18, 2016
chose this hotel because of it's proximity to my daughter's university. she stayed with me, and we had an amazing time. Lots of great shopping, great restaurants and easy access to get back to the airport. The Spa was also an amazing experience for both of us.

Found several hairs in room service order. Room was very small and dirty. A shame really for the type of hotel I know it has potential to be. Perhaps it was just one of the older rooms.

Lovely helpful staff. Good location. Clean but slightly tired look. Needs a make over as some wallpaper peeling. Overall nice place to stay tho.

We live in the UK but are ex-Torontonians. We absolutely love this hotel. Service food staff location and, of course, proximity to Mortons steak house and Bloor Street shopping. I would not stay anywhere else...
