Not happy during our stay
Hotel is not bad at all, situated in a quite location. Staff don’t greet the guests when coming inside the property, just ignoring. Our first night was very bad, fire alarm triggered at 2 o’clock in the morning, stayed ON for an hour they never bother to switch it off or reset it even if there’s no fire at all. Worst thing was during check in the staff said I have to deposit 100 cad for security which is no problem for me supposedly, but I discovered the following morning that she took 600 plus dollar for the security deposit. I only got it refunded 3 days after we checked out. Lastly, coffee machine in the lobby is terrible. All the ground coffee powder which is supposed to be goes to the waste catcher are goes to your cup instead, coffee is undrinkable as a result. They never bother to have it check and repair. Not happy with our stay.

Upon check in I had to show clerk my phone to prove that security deposit had been charged to my Visa because computer had "malfunctioned". Still waiting for it to be returned. The sensors in lobby doors did not work; had to slide doors open and shut ourselves. Only provided with one facecloth for 2 guests. The volume on the t.v. was restricted to a volume that was not audible above the rooms heating and cooling system. Upon return to the hotel from our event at 10:30 p.m. the entire parking lot was full, I assume by people attending the temple on the same property. I believe spots for the hotel should be designated so that we didn't have to walk quite a distance to the hotel in the dark. The parking lot this morning contained maybe a dozen cars. The breakfast area had bagels and bread but had one pound of butter still in the package which implied that every guest would have to handle that package to butter the toast they made. The garbage pails from the rooms that were in the hall when we arrived Saturday at 1:30 p.m. were still in the hall when we left at 10:30 this morning. Finally, the address is listed as Nexus Ave. however, you cannot physically enter this hotel from that street. The entrance is on Fogal. Very confusing to find when unfamiliar with the area. There is much room for improvement at this hotel. I would not return nor recommend it at this time. Thank you.

No parking because they share with banquet hall. Had to park very far too walk into hotel. They took our towels and didn't return them. When asked to bring towels at night to room they said only only receptionist is working and they can't leave the front desk. When visiting downstairs receptionist to get towels, she was on phone sitting in guest section relaxing. Not worth $1000 for 3 days.

The Elevator was not working during our stay. The attendant at the front desk did however carry our suitcase up the stairs to our room. The next morning the elevator repair guys were working on the elevator so we just carried our suitcase down the stairs. The breakfast selection was just coffee and cereal.

We did week advance booking but last day booking was cancelled so it’s really hard time to find end time new accommodation also elevator was not working. Also room service and cleaning is too bad.

I like the property but recently the services have gone down hill. I like to stay here as i have lot of dine in options. The lift was not working and the front desk put me to 4th floor. I would have expected little better option. The breakfast was a joke. Ask for everything even juice or bread. Also TV was not working. The girl came to fix but i dont think she resolved it.

Poor lighting (Electrical) in the room and washroom. Lift not operating, no drinking water in the room neither at the reception. When complaining at the time of check out I was told they have wending machine on the upper floor, but the receptionists at the time of checking did not tell me and the night receptionist was not even aware of this facility.
