There was a party going on during our stay and the guests were really loud at 2-3am. Talking really loud outside of our room. And sleep was disturbed

Very good but did not like being charged damage deposit $100 and then refunded after overnight stay and having to wait 3-5 business days for reimbursement.
Otherwise very good, no complaints.

Shuttle from airport to hotel very convenient...and shuttle back to airport. We were upgraded for no extra charge. Very quiet for being so close to airport. Very nice room.

Sandman was great! Rooms were nice and we had a little secluded living room / seating area in the standard room which was very nice! Definitely would stay again!

The hotel was quiet. We booked a room with 2 queens and a pull out. The 1st time we had a separation wall, on return the separation wall/ doors were missing. Also the quote price with tax through Expedia was $220 taxes included, however the hotel added and additional $7 ( some kind of municipal tax). Expedia needs to update their prices.

I’m quite impressed and will make this hotel my #1 choice for future stays in this area. It’s close to the airport, Denny’s and restaurants attached right to the hotel. The room and hotel is clean and well furnished. I liked that the pull out couch had its own private living area with tv and separate door. The staff checking in was excellent. I didn’t use the gym or pool facilities but they told me about them and it’s nice to have the option for future stays. Beds are comfortable and it’s surprisingly very quiet being situated along a very busy and noisy street. Highly recommend

The stay was good: mattresses comfortable, staff friendly, shuttle service convenient, Dennys on site very handy, thanks! The only odd thing was it was difficult to turn the water taps to a middle area to get a comfortable warm position. They would go very hot or very cold. One had to work hard to find a middle.

Booked this hotel as it had shuttle service from Pearson Airport.
We waited over an hour for a shuttle bus and it only seemed to arrive after I phoned to find out what was happening, then waited another 15 minutes for it to arrive. We were late arriving from Orlando but with shuttle delays it was 9:30 until we got to our room. The early morning shuttle worked out okay.

Hotel room was more spacious than expected with a nice separate living room with tv and pull out sofa. We liked that the living room could be made into a completely separate room with dividing doors for privacy. Lounge was nice and relaxing by the fireplaces. Nice atmosphere to sit quietly and talk over drinks or watch the game on one of the TVs. Denny’s is also attached and seemed clean and well maintained. Lots of fast food eateries and sit down dining within a 5 minute drive of hotel. Pool looked a little dated but everything else seemed updated and well maintained and clean. We signed up for shuttle service to and from the hotel to get my teens off to the airport and got myself back to the hotel in a timely fashion. I had to wait for the shuttle on the way back as we just missed the shuttle heading back to hotel. Our driver was super nice and efficient otherwise!!
