The stay was really nice, I guess I came on a busy weekend cause they were many children and not much time to use the pool because they were there for a long time but everything was amazing tho

Was double charged for parking and refund still not showing on credit card. Several calls back including 40min on hold ruined the overall experience

There aren't any parking charges on the receipt. Upon check out the room on April 4th the parking charge was waived. Thanks.

For what you pay for the room you wouldnt think itd be full of dents and an overflowing shower. Not to mention you gotta pay extra for everything, parking, check in, a mid self serve breakfast that they even ask for a tip for after; hilarious. Ive stayed at better kept and friendlier motels for less.

The staff was exceptional and friendly. Had to pay $16 for parking over night. Airport shuttle went well. Everything was great … Room clean and well supplied. only down side, room Next to elevator and ice machine … and there were no dark curtains, only sheers… lots of city and then early light. I would stay again but request a quieter area with black out curtains

Staff was awesome and they give warm cookies (with walnuts, heads up) when checking in, which was nice. However, there was a lot of loud noise on the floor at night until about 2am. Regardless, I would stay again.

Stayed two separate nights for out bound flights. Both times, we requested a wake call to take the shuttle bus. On both occasions we never got these calls. I will not be using this Hotel again in the future.

The front staff was super great, as well as we needed a playpen and the staff was very quick to bring it up to us. Very nice hotel. The shuttle driver we had pick us up from the airport was also very friendly.

The restaurant staff were very kind and the food was good. The front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Would not stay here again
