Enjoyed the waitress at the restaurant. Enjoyed our meal, enjoyed the king size bed. Only complaint iis that when the heat comes on it’s pretty noisy. We were in Room 110.

I opted for the more luxurious suite with king bed and big jacuzzi tub. The tub we had to clean ourselves it was gross.. and the curtains didnt cover the windows enough so a ton of light got in and made it hard to sleep.

My stay at the Hotel Montecarlo in Brampton was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that every detail of my visit was perfect. We arrived at the room at about 11pm and the room next to us was playing loud music and having a party complained to the front desk the music was turned off untill about midnight then came back on untill 2am and nothing was done about it bathtub was not clean and the pillows were flat and the breakfast was a joke terrible experience

The staff were extremely friendly upon check in and our room was very clean. The only reason for my lower rating, was due to having very noisy people above us. Even though we called the front desk to make them aware, nothing changed. I had an eight hour drive the following morning, back to my province of residence and sadly didn’t get a good nights rest.

Decent hotel for the price. First night the wifi was not working. Continental breakfast had fruit medley, yogurt, coffee, juice, pastry but no eggs. For an extra cost you could buy a hot breakfast.

Young lady at front desk always very considerate, helpful, great customer service skills. Went to her to ask about things to do in the area until check-in however during the storing of my luggage she noticed from my movements that i was extremely tired and told me she could assist with early checkin. I greatly appreciate that as i hadn't slept in two days. Only con, safe did not lock and my lotion was used, half empty so i had to go without. Everything else was very clean.

This hotel is not pet friendly even do I called ahead to found after 5 hours driving that it was not. I paid $50 and it changed to pet friendly.?????
