nothing fantastic, nothing very poor, be nicer to have a cleaner bathroom and a bar that opens later than 12am. Breakfast was very much average nothing spectacular. You get what you pay for, but id rather pay more next time.

Nice hotel

Only stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. Hotel was very accommodating to store our bags 3 hours prior to check in. Chose hotel based on walking distance to mall and price. Very pleasantly surprised and glad we chose Novatel.

Chose this hotel due to location. Very handy to Missisauga transit with direct route to Port Credit Go Station and across the street from Square One shopping mall.. Front desk staff were plèasant. The room was dated and pillows were not so great but it was quiet, A/C worked well and I slept well enough.

Close to everything

Stayed 2 nights. Accommodations included breakfast. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room decor is ok. Maybe needs new carpet( a little bit outdated but clean). Front desk and staff were amazing and helpful with our needs. Breakfast was 2-thumbs up!!!! Will definitely stay here again if we plan to visit the area again.

Staff was great location was very convenient. Restaurnt closin at 11a and the bar at 12am. Was nice nice but over all stay was good

Pros: Bed and washroom
Cons: Bath tub in very room for more relaxation
Location: Square one and restaurants
The hotel is so nice and comfortable and not far from square one so theres a lot of place you can go before resting

Eh, looks good on the outside and lobby but...

Pros: Not much
Cons: Needs renovation. Popcorn ceilings, room dated and old.
Walking in it feels like a reasonably up to date hotel. Lobby pleasant looking. We arrived exhausted and hungry after a full day of travel. It was 1:30 Am. Checked in and asked where we could get some food close by. e men at the front desk said the local restaurants were closed. I did see a small room to the right of the check in and I asked the man about this. He said, there were chips and cookies in there. Desperate, I walked over and not only found chips and cookies. but a fridge with sandwiches and salads. He didn't mention this previously. Grabbed a small salad paid and headed up to the room. Arrived on the 8th floor and could see immediately see this was a hotel in need of renovation. Our room matched the hallway. Shabby, popcorn ceilings, felt old. Sat down to eat my salad and discovered no fork or napkin was included in the plastic box it came in. Ugh, do I eat this without a fork? Down I go and ask the guy for a fork. He disappears and then comes back with a fork. Up I go again, to my room. Woof down the salad and pull back the sheet on the bed. I was then greeted with a black hair. Now 2 AM, too tired to deal with it. It would be nice to have a staff that has an understanding of the stress of travel and be more helpful and accommodating.

Broken shower nozzle and the fire alarm went off in the night followed with three alerts from the staff regarding the emergency. The alerts sounded like someone had gotten into our room and startled us.
