Worst stay at a hotel ever

Literally the worst stay at a hotel I've had in a long time. The room was less than okay, the carpet was ripping up in a corner and had nasty stuff there, the bathroom smelled so bad, the AC was crap and the bed felt like I was laying on a box spring. I didn't complain because I understand they are upgrading and renovating their hotel. I was woke up at 2:30am by the fire alarm, we got up and got our things and it shut off so we went back to bed. About 30 minutes later it went off again. We called the front desk, no answer so we grabbed our things and were about to go out and it shut off again. Got back in bed for a second time and not even 5 minutes later it went off, so again we grabbed our things and headed downstairs. We waited at the front desk until the guy was off the phone and he rudely said "what do you want?" Not a can I help you or I'm sorry we're trying to fix the problem it was just a "what do you want?" I understand he had probably been dealing with unhappy people all night but that was not the way to handle it. But thank goodness there's a 24 hour Denny's just down the street, so close we could even hear the alarm going off for the next hour and a half. Also, don't go out at the parking garage at night by yourself because apparently it's okay to have people hanging out there smoking weed and yelling disgusting things at people. So no, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fair price, but won't be back

Was a good price considering location and time of year. Hotel is a bit dated, but rooms clean. Disappointing stay overall. Hotel staff attempted to enter my room unannounced at 11:30pm thinking I had checked out early (room was prepaid via expedia for another 3 days). My room was not made up the following day after this incidence. I had to call and request housekeeping and fresh towels. Hotel management disorganized. Will not be returning.

I loved the location - close to the Square One shopping center. There were also several restaurants in the area. The room was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

Pros: close to my doctors
Cons: should have lower prices for medical appts

my experience was great staff are friendly should change the food menu a bit add some kids items

OK Hotel close to Square One but needs updating

Pros: close to the Living Arts Centre
Cons: carpet, wallpaper, etc throughout need updating.
Location: We wanted to be close to the Living Arts Centre where our daughter was performing.
The hotel is fine, but rooms are small and carpet, wallpaper, etc throughout need updating.

wonderful hotel

really good and especially loved the lobby, it always smells nice and the breakfast buffet was superb, lots of options and the congee! love it!

Nothing more than average

Room ok but simplistic. Both parking and breakfast a bit pricy. Swimming pool was closed which was a shame Friendly staff
