The one real complaint i have, and it wasnt something the hotel was even aware of, was that the description listed "soundproof rooms". I thought this would mean not hearing the constant landing & take off from the airport. So, when this didnt happen the first night, i politely asked the concierge. She explained that description was NOT the hotels but the listing and apologized. In addition she thanked me for bringing to her attention. Thankfully i packed earplugs and sound machine, just in case.
