Rosa is a first-floor annex consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining seating for three people, and a sitting area with a TV. Central heating. The bedroom is a king-size double, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A stay at Rosa promises to be one to remember. Note: Stairs up to the terrace and front door. Note: Step up into the property. Note: The terrace is shared-access with 16A ground floor. Please note that Rosa and 16A are both not entirely suitable for those with mobility issues since Torquay is built on 7 hills and in order to get amazing views, they are half way up one of the town centre hills. However, they both offer private driveway parking and those using their cars will not be troubled at all
