Nice Hotel

Pros: pets were welcome
Cons: placement of air conditioner and bed
Location: near everything
came through in a pinch when we were stuck in LA because of delayed flights they came through with a room for me and my family. easy access to and from LAX

Bathtub fixture broken, holes in door, I was told eventhough I ordered the room with the pullout couch that I needed to order it ahead. I said why would I put the request for that room if I did not need the pullout couch. Also the motel ran out of pillows. So, we had to go but one for my sons stay there. We found trash under the bed as well.

Staff is nice, hotel could use a little deep clean

The only two areas that could really use some work is the beds are not particularly comfortable and the floor was kind of filthy. When I shower I don't feel like I should need to put shoes back on right away to keep my feet from blackening, but that's what I had to do. When my baby crawled on the floor for all of maybe 5 minutes I picked him up and he was black on his hands, knees and feet. The more I think about that the more I realize how unacceptable it is. Aside from that, the staff is nice. The location is great!

Good location-room not good!

The location was great-good shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was not comfortable and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The facilities were very minimal. We will NOT stay their again. Not at any Extended Stay America hotels.

Ideal for monthly stay

Bit different from what I expected, the facility was bit ran down, never got any house keeping for the week I was there, and I was told to carry all amenities (dishes, coffee maker, toaster) to my room. If you are going to stay here, it might be good idea. But not for short stay

Nice room just a little tight by the bed and ac

Pros: The location was perfect for are visit with are son and the price is quite reasonable for LA
Cons: switch the window were the A/C unit sit under
The room was fine and the staff was very friendly. My only problem was with the bed and AC unit they were directly next to each other. You can't even get out of the bed on that side. Also the unit would catch the edge of the very thin comforter and then it would blow the air under it and on to us.

Disappointed with stay. Not recommended

1. Not close to beach as advertised 2. There were no proper breakfast. Cupcake and coffee in breakfast and nothing else. 3. No room service and daily room cleanup. 4. Staff name Patel was not friendly at all. When we try to take second cupcake she took back. She was very rude 5. Dirty carpet in rooms and no bathtub and etc.. etc..

Close to mall

It's not that great, breakfast is really nothing. Just coffee and snack bar. Had a ugly smell, people actually live there and they don't do housekeeping so, I know I won't stay there next time.

Torrance Extended Stay Hotel

Decent stay and close to the beach and shopping. We did find trash under the bed, bed skirts were dirty and beds seemed smaller than at other Extended Stay locations.

Will stay again

check in was quick. friendly staff. no problems when requesting extra towelslots of HOT water, taking a HOT shower was worth the early check=in fee, did not receive a copy of any checkin forms i signed (I forgot to ask for copies when checking out) room not very clean, sticky spots on kitchen counter, leftover rolled toilet paper sheets under bathroom basin, old tacky grease on toaster and microwave. fruit from previous tenant left in refrigerator drawers. A/C and heat not very comfortable during the night while sleeping refrigerator ran all night long
