less than convenient than home

Cons: 1. rust around the tub spout 2. no ice available at hotel. you can make ice in the freezer and use it the next day 3. couldn't make room-to-room calls
Location: shopping
coffee, breakfast muffins, bars out every morning by 8 and you have to ask to get it replenished. No breakfast room-take it to your room. No ice machine. no soda machine. telephone didn't work well. tried to make room-to-room calls and even had the operator transfer and my friend said he never got a call. rust around the tub spout. soap lasted 2 days

Not worth the money

The bathroom and kitchen were filthy. No complimentary hygiene products. No dishes in the kitchen. Fan in bathroom was broken.

Nice Hotel

Pros: pets were welcome
Cons: placement of air conditioner and bed
Location: near everything
came through in a pinch when we were stuck in LA because of delayed flights they came through with a room for me and my family. easy access to and from LAX

Bathtub fixture broken, holes in door, I was told eventhough I ordered the room with the pullout couch that I needed to order it ahead. I said why would I put the request for that room if I did not need the pullout couch. Also the motel ran out of pillows. So, we had to go but one for my sons stay there. We found trash under the bed as well.

Staff is nice, hotel could use a little deep clean

The only two areas that could really use some work is the beds are not particularly comfortable and the floor was kind of filthy. When I shower I don't feel like I should need to put shoes back on right away to keep my feet from blackening, but that's what I had to do. When my baby crawled on the floor for all of maybe 5 minutes I picked him up and he was black on his hands, knees and feet. The more I think about that the more I realize how unacceptable it is. Aside from that, the staff is nice. The location is great!

Convenient but a disappointment

This hotel was so convenient since our son and his family live about 5 min. away. But we were disappointed in the cleanliness and the bed. The refrigerator had something splattered all over one side, the bathtub still had a hair on the ledge, and the bed was really bad. My back was really bad after spending 2 nights in it. I could hardly move. My husband felt the same. I hope all the rooms don't have the same type of bed.
