Very thin walls

Both nights we stayed there had a snoring neighbor we could hear it like if he was in our room, and any conversation we hear, the walls must be really thin.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night, both kind bed and non-smoking (reservation was guarenteed. upon checking in was told only 1 kind bed non smoking, the other room is a queen bed and smoking room. Very unpleasant.

The location is great and staff are friendly but they don't provide daily room cleaning. The info said breakfast is free but they only provide coffee, cupcakes and packed cereals in a counter.

Probably the better ESA I've stayed at in the area the property was really nice I enjoyed my stay

Rip-off

Not much to say except I booked a room here thru hotels.com and when I showed up they couldn't find my reservation in their computer. Ended up going down the street to the Marriott. A few days later I see they still charged me for the room that I never used. Called them and they claimed I was a no show when all they had to do was talk to the receptionist or look at their video of that night but they never bothered.

very good value for money

Pros: value, laundry room availability, coffee, free parking
Cons: snack bar
Location: walmart next door, fast food joints right around the corner.
I stay there for 2 weeks in Nov.2016, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, right near to 405 which is a good thing, there is some fast food joint right around the corner for a quick bite and walmart right in the back of it. hotel value for money is quiet good for our stay, staff was quiet good and helpful.

Don't Stay at this hotel

Location: Strip mall
There is no reason to stay at this hotel. It is extended stay with no utensils in the kitchen what so ever. There were no hangers in the room, Foam brick pillows, an iron that barely heated, no one at the front desk at 6:40 AM to check out. Billing came from Expedia not the hotel. The price on my bill was higher than what was quoted on line. No breakfast offered but was advertised. Free Wi Fi was for the use of 5 mb or you had to pay more for it. The room was a smoking room, the elevator didn't work and the room was on the third floor.
