You get what you pay for

Staff is very nice. However I️ was assigned a handicapped room and i am not handicapped. The shower sprays all over, had to use 3 towels to mop up. No place in the bathroom to get ready. Outlets in bath don’t work. Lamp on table won’t turn off. Bulb in bedside lamp is out.

No WI-FI free as offered

Pros: Is comfortable and clean room.
Cons: The lack of internet FREE was the one thing that I could not pass.
Location: Located at Harborgate Way in Torrance, California; next is a Walmart.
The WI-FI free does not exist in this hotel. The process to get you connected takes you thru steps that end asking you "In case you need more speed, choose your options..." and this is to ask you to pay the $4.76 per day , to get what should have been normal free internet in any other hotel. I complaint about it and it was given to me for free. The breakfast is all packed "food", nothing is fresh. Is meant be taken standing in a very small corner of the lobby... I stayed there for business one night only.

Nice size room

Carpet need to be changed. Toilet seat broken and load noise when people flushed toilet or turned in water . Sound came through wall . The staff is great, location good. They just need to upgrade some of the major things in units.

Not so comfortable stay

(1)Never changed towel and never cleaned room while my 5 nights stay. (2) Nobody picked up the phone whenever I called reception from room at night. (3) After I asked changing light bulb, they fixed 2 days later. (4) There was throng of ants -----> changed room finally.

Decent Short Stay Hotel

I stayed here for two nights and had an overall decent experience. The location was convenient, being next to a Walmart, Carl's Jr., and other dining options. It's about 16 miles away from Hollywood and Downtown LA, and parking is free. One thing that did concern me was an infestation of small ants near the sink- which I didn't notice until it was time to check out. This could've been specific to my room, so I won't say it's necessarily indicative of the entire hotel but it's definitely something the staff should be aware of. I would still recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere cheap and convenient.

The smoking room with unclean microwave, bad stove

We were booked for non smoking room but got smoking room, when pointed out the response was they had overbooked. the bed sheets ,the room and the entire corridor smelled. The kitchen stove barely worked, the microwave was dirty.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Pros: NOTHING. Ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.
Cons: EVERYTHING
When arrived to the desk was told there are no rooms available (Even though I had a reservation). Was sent to another extended stay hotel only for them to tell me that their computers are down and can't check in anyone for an hour. Stray cats running around. Very rude guest service. Would not recommend anyone with their right mind to stay here.
