Great place

If you are not looking for a new by beach. Very great location for Restaurants, or life after dark.

Nice hotel

Pros: friendly staff helped when I asked about local shopping and were friendly.
Cons: better selection for breakfast and the a/c could be upgraded
Location: location was great, located near the airport, and I was able to get to the highway fast each day.
I stayed for a 7 day visit. I picked this hotel mainly because I wanted to be close to the airport. The first few days were excellent but after that the cleaning service declined. There were days when they did not clean the room, leave towels or replenish the coffee and sugar/creamer. One day after I got back my room was locked out. I had my arms full had to stop and put everything back in the rental and go to the office to get back in my room. Breakfast is very minimal, most days I grabbed orange juice and a bear claw, not much selection. All in all it is a nice, clean place but if you travel alone like I do, make sure to get a ground floor room, I 'll know better on my next visit. too hard to carry luggage up the steep steps.

The staff were nice but the man checking us in charged the wrong card for the room. Highly inconvenient since that was the money we had to spend on dinners and getting our kids the clothing they needed. Also the website showed a picture of an egg breakfast but that's not what was available. It was all sugary items and bagels. They didn't brew decaf and the instant that was offered me tasted like burnt dirty water. The website also said "take a dip in our pool" but there was no pool. The room floors felt slick. The bathtub was marked up and felt dirty. One bed squeaked at the slightest movement and the other bed was sunken in the middle. The sidewalk right outside our door was so filthy that walking to my sisters room three doors down made my feet black. Not worth the money paid and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying there!

Place to crash

Worst Hotel and Dirtiest

The carpet is so dirty, you don't want to even take your shoes off. Cleaning the carpet would be a waist of time. It need to be replaced. Bed bugs. I was bit several times and the dust was so bad, my wife had a hard time breathing. The free breakfast is a joke. I will never stay at this hotel ever again, nor I recommend it to anyone...stay away from this place....

Adequate for 1 night stay

Room & facility was clean, but obviously older. Continental breakfast was packaged pastties & coffee/tea. We were satisfied to use this for short overnight stay.

I will never stay at that travel lodge again! After showing my paperwork to the desk clerk Sunny, he stated I had no reser- vation. After driving for over 4 hours I was not to happy. I feel he gave my room away to someone else. Clearly my pa per work showed I made reservations. The lock on the door didn't work on room 218, they moved me to 212 after my complaints. The floor was in terrible condition, needs to be replaced and the dresser deteriorated .The bed slept well and restroom was clean! (Garry Hannah )

gradiation trip

Pros: It was ok, nothing special, but met our needs.
Cons: It's an older hotel, well maintained. Breakfast was less than expected and WiFi was at best poor reception.
Location: Major access, middle of Torrance, near the mall .
Front desk personal very helpful. Location was perfect for our trip.
