We loved the cafe and the food and drinks available. Also appreciated the bottled water. Air conditional fan strength was too strong at the lowest setting and constantly blew on us as we slept. Also, despite the pillow selection, the pillows offered were very thick and could not get thinner options. ...
I loved the staff, the prompt service, the location and the price. I didn't like the noise but that's not a deal breaker.
It is right at the center of the city just one block away from the zocalo
Great location , good breakfast , 24h coffee machine , front door security
cleanness，new facilities, great breakfast, nice staff, good location
The hotel is modern and clean, the staff is super polite. The area is not the best but the location is ideal.
Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make you feel very welcomed. Enjoyed everything they offered for breakfast buffet and even in their 24 hour cafe! Will be coming back here soon !
