“Todo muy cuidado y personal muy atento !!!”

“My daughter and I had a lovely stay here in June 2026. Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only thing the hotel lacked was a restaurant to serve breakfast however there are numerous bakery/cafes 2……

“Everything was great—room with sea view was great, breakfast, pool, staff were all great. Appreciate the entertainment for kids and families. It was good to have stairs as an option to elevators when they’re slow. Parking was a bit difficult as you have to almost get out of your car to swipe your card.”

“Zimmer viel zu klein, kaum Privatsphäre da die Wände so dünn waren das man jeden schritt des Nachbarn hörte. Frühstück katastrophal, fast gar keine Auswahl und meistens leer. Die ganze lobby roch nach Fisch, die Gläser und bestecke waren auch schmutzig und rochen nach Fisch. Ich würde dieses Hotel keinem empfehlen.”
