Cold water in the morning

I won't be staying in this hotel ever, I didn't have warm water in the morning, some lamps didn't work, I ask for a different room, the new room have some problems as well with the lightening plus the sink was clogged. The breakfast buffet was about 20 dollars and it was pretty basic, not impressed at all.

Clean but old

The staff was very friendly, it was clean but I got to change rooms because in the first one two lamps didn't work and the water on the sink got stuck. The new roomalso had a lamp not working.

Serious upkeep needed

Pros: Close to the main business areas.
Cons: The lack of maintenance.
Location: There's not much to do, a few walking distance restaurants and bars. Movie theatre and shopping mall at around 2 miles away.
This hotel used to be great for business travelers, not anymore. The restaurant and room service is seriously understaffed, the same waiter that is at the restaurant has to deliver to the rooms as well; imagine the bottleneck that creates! The rooms haven't been upkept in quite some time, from paint falling off the wall to chairs with upholstery falling apart. The lobby and common areas are fine, and are enjoyable. The rooms need serious cleaning and maintenance.

Needs some TLC

Room has some space but that's about all good I can say. The AC didn't work correctly, the doors were falling apart and the gym is in BAD need of updating (equipment broken, treadmills all broken, no AC, etc). A poor choice and one I don't think I will make again, much better properties in Torreon

Real Inn Torreon

This hotel is acceptable, although, is not in any way what it used to be. Rooms are OK, a bit run down, needs upgrade. Beds are old. Staff in general excellent, food excellent. Unfortunately internet is one of the worst. I probably won't stay at this hotel again until it gets some upgrading.

Paid for the stay, and when we arrived they said we didn't book as many nights as we actually did. The staff was horrible.
