Probably one of the best boutique hotels in South America. Winery based hotel in an old mansion with an incredible park and grounds. We were very, very pleasantly surprised. If we ever come to Chilie again it will be because of this hotel.

I am glad I stayed here. Food was excellent, easy to trail access. It was a trek carrying luggage back to the welcome center to catch a small bus out and had to pay even though I stayed there. Room was quiet and staff was helpful. Chef for breakfast was a total joy. Very clean, but I got the impression that some of the room needed updates or maybe that was in progress (no wall decor, tv missing - not that I care about either).

Amazing vacation
We loved our stay. The location is excellent. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Their food is pretty food and the drinks excellent. Amazing scenery. It was very functional in a place that is remote and difficult to reach, but we were comfortable and happy. If you are going to that part of the world and expect every amenity, then you are probably traveling to the wrong destination. We were visiting here on our way back from Antarctica and had an amazing adventure.

Great location, poor rooms.
We stayed here for one night in order to walk the trail to las Torres. Location wise, the hotel is perfect - and the restaurant and bar were both great. However, we were really disappointed with the room, especially given the price paid. Small, with thin walls so we could hear everything from next door, including our neighbours getting up at 5am.

Perfect location esp for doing the hike
Great location and service. This hotel is a must stay if one plans to do the Torres Paine base hike as the hike starts from there. Agreed, the condition could be improved but we were for the hike, and the location was excellent and the food, service was not bad considering it’s in the middle of a national park. Would totally recommend

The property is in the center of the park. Important trails start from the Hotel. Nice breakfast. Bit expensive, but well worth if you plan to hike Mirador del Torres. TDP park is 1-2 hours from Puerto Natales, not easy to commute if you plan multiple days in TDP.

Great location for Base of Towers but overpriced
Great location as it is the start point for the hike to the Base of the Towers, but as it’s the only hotel in the area it’s overpriced. Rooms are quite basic, but staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant uses organic vegetables grown there which is a nice touch. Overall worth staying for 1 or 2 nights if you’re doing the hike and have the budget. It’s a tough hike (bring trekking poles) so it helps being able to start fresh and fuelled by staying at the hotel.

Can’t handle rains...
Location of the property is fantastic! There were heavy rains when we visited and potable water was cut. I realize they can’t control the weather, but for what they charge a night, they should have contingency plans for the guests. One expects things like this from a cheap hostel, not a place like this. We didn’t get the value we paid for.

Hotel Las Torres is a wonderful place. Ideally located within the park with truly excellent guides and hikes, a thoughtful and very good variety of hikes, and good food (including vegetables from an impressive garden on-site). Very nice, quiet rooms and staff who bend over backwards to help. Our only issue, which was minor compared to the fabulous pluses of this hotel, was some disorganization/attention to detail which was quickly remedied as soon as issues were pointed out. For instance, we ordered gluten-free lunches for our box lunches, but the lunches were not made using plainly gluten-containing bread; however, when we noted the error, it was promptly fixed.

Closest hotel choice to Torres base
If you are heading up to the Torres base, this is the closest place you’ll get to start your journey. Its pricey for what it is, but I guess the location demands that. Service was good and rooms good, but slightly dated.

The Best (of admittedly limited options)
We had a good stay at Hotel Las Torres - wonderful scenery, nice to strenuous hiking, and the room was fine. The value for money is up for debate, but there aren’t other hotel options, and I was happy for four walls and a bed after hiking to the Torres viewpoint. We also ate dinner (not included) and breakfast (included) at the restaurant. Both were good.

Hotel ok..service not great
Hotel was clean and comfy enough. Good location. Food was ok but overpriced. However, the service sucks! We left the room at 8:30 to take a few items to the car and left a couple things in the room as we were not ready to check out.... well, we came back to find the maid turning over the room. She did not speak English but would not let us back in so we were forced to pick out belongings up from a pile on the floor and go to check out. Front desk staff seemed indifered and offered that we could leave a comment about the service. Nice to be kicked out of the room prior to check out!

Great Place... Mediocre Hotel for Money
This a 3-Star hotel.... with 4-Star pricing... with 5-Star location..... You pay for the location, not the ammenities Small rooms. Most staff inattentive (except for bar!). NO cell service in the area - understandable. WiFi is an absolute joke. Slow as Morse code, constantly dropping. For nearly $350/night, they need to fix this. .....So, basically forget the outside world. Easy to do until you get back to the hotel!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From coordinating excursions from the United States, to arrival, dinner at the main restaurant and bar, excursions, and friendly staff - everything was as perfect as we could imagine. We had the best time because of the staff and the extra effort to make our stay memorable. Stay multiple days if you can - it feels like another day is always a good idea, and it is!

Great location in the park
Options for staying within the national park are limited. Hotel Las Torres is near the north enteance and right on the trailhead to the base of Las Torres, an amazing hike. The room was nice. The bathroom could use remodeling. Both were clean. We had breakfast included with our booking. There was always an excellent variety, all of it good. Most of our meals were in the bar area where they also had many options on the menu. All of the food we had thete was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time. I would stay there again if ever returning to Torres Del Paine.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, with good infrastructure in the middle of Torres del Paine, ideal for those who want to hike to the base of the towers. Warm service. Very attentive staff. I rented a car in El Calafate to drive to Torres del Paine. So I did most of the sightseeing in the Park by myself. From the excursions organized by the hotel, I went to the base of the towers and my mother went on another one called "sendero de los lagos". We recommend both.

OK Place, closest to the Torres
My wife liked this place better than I did. It suffered first because we'd just come from the Explora Patagonia, one of the best (and most expensive) places we've ever stayed. Las Torres just didn't have a great level of customer service, at the front desk in particular. They seemed earnest but it took them almost three days to clarify that there was no way to get around paying $390 for someone to take us to Punta Arenas. They also asked me every time how much I had been quoted, so I kept on getting the impression that there must be more than one price, but they weren't telling me. They also asked me every time if I was on an all-inclusive package or not. Seems like they should have known. Seems like they should have offered that to me at one point. One very bright spot for us was Dany Silva, the person who arranged our horseback rides and hikes. She was excellent! Also, the chef was inventive and the food was generally very good.

Mixed feelings, but great dinners
There are not many places to stay in Torres del Paine National Park, hence the offers dictate the prices, which are ridiculously high - in our case, USD 438 per night for a small triple room with a small bathroom, everything in somewhat worn condition. Noise from the corridor can be heard VERY well in the room. At least the breakfast buffet is good, and the dinners - which you pay extra, at ca. USD 33 for a three-course meal - are absolutely excellent. This compensates a bit for our most negative experience, the presence of bugs (fleas or heteroptera) in one bed - my wife got stung (or bitten) 30+ times. By the time we realized what was going on, we were about to check out, unfortunately.
