The exterior needs some work (it looks old and worn); however, there were no issues at all with the staff, interior, room, etc. The only reason I mention the exterior is because it might detract some visitors, even though everything else during their stay will be great. The room appeared newer and all was good inside.

Flew in from Canada to explore Capital Reef NP. This was convenient in terma of location. I have stayed in the hotel few times. Everything else was great accept for water clog in shower and sink on both occasions

The stay was fine. Breakfast was ok . Nothing outstanding. Rates were high compared to similar places, even in the midst of the other national parks.

The first room we were put in had lights broken and unhooked in the bathroom, the exhaust fan did not work so the room filled up with steam during a shower, and the fridge did not work. We addressed the issue with the front desk and the changed us to a different room. The second room also has issues with the exhaust fan I. The bathroom and the heater in the room did not work. The staff brought in a space heater to help with the cold. Overall this hotel is old and needs some serious renovations on the rooms and the building itself. I would not stay at this location again.

Rooms are very very old. Furniture bathroom everything has dings and scratches. Not worth the 200$ we paid. Girl at front desk was nice but the building is in desperate need of fixing up.

There was hardly any place to eat in the town of Torrey. The morning breakfast was good, clean, and comfortable.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It appears that there have been some upgrades made, and there are a couple of things that still need some attention: painting, broken toilet seat, etc.

Adequate but dated
Adequate, but old and dated. The staff was friendly and check in went well. The room was clean. The tub enclosure had been replaced, but overall the place felt very old and dated (like 1990 dated). The bed was comfortable but felt old and creaked when we moved. The bed had a tale-tell smell of cigarettes. Maybe the box spring was old enough to be around when they allowed smoking? The breakfast was a joke. Just cold cereal, instant oatmeal packets and some tiny packaged muffins. I know this is an entry to a national park, but still felt like a rip off for the age of the motel.

Convenient location, Jamal at the front desk was awesome. Very clean. Definitely would recommend. It would be nice if there was an outdoor area to sit.

Thank you for your review. We have an outdoor area to sit...it is through the pool room. It is a fenced in area with bushes and flowers - there are chairs and lounge chairs out there to sit and relax.

Customer service was top notch. Jamal at the front desk was attentive and very courteous. Overall a great experience except the hotel is old and dirty, and the hot tub wasn’t working. A little overpriced in my opinion but it’s close to Capitol Reef so I’m guessing that’s why. If you don’t mind staying at an older hotel than I would recommend it.

Property was well kept and close to Capitol Reef National Park. Hot tub didn’t work. All hotels were a bit pricey in this area and Days Inn was no exception.
