“The property was centrally located and easy to find. Instructions were sent prior to check in. Sadly, the condition was terrible. Bins left full, mould in the fridge and no working. Fans not working, bed hard.. The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. ”
